Vernon Uzzell, National Project Manager with WeShare Crowdfunding is going to explain to our audience what we are missing by not taking advantage of President Obama' 2012 Jobs Act which officially opened up a new source of funding for small companies. It follows the changing world of collaborations. "Do you know anyone or organization that needs to raise funds for any reason, be it business, church or personal? This is not a loan or a grant. "Crowdfunding, the Internet's #1 newest, most exciting phenomenon and social trend for raising funds." Forbes Magazine. www.WeSharecrowdfunding.net/mpowermeant "The world as we know it is turning upside down. What was normal last year is passe' today. Economics is vital in sustaining a sense of normalcy in homes across the globe and banking has been robbing us blind because there were no alternatives. With crowdfunding changing everything banks and their outrageous finance charges and fees no longer have a monopoly on being the source of funding. We've discovered that we can fund ourselves and leave out the banks. Welcome to the new funding vehicle of the 21st century. Are you prepared to take advantage of crowdfunding or are you waiting until someone you know tries it first. Contact everyone you know that's tired of Network Marketing, opportunities, Business Meetings, MLM's, Lotions, Potions Juices and Powders, Travel and Girdles and hair and digital services to try and generate funds to accomplish your goals because those things are not really what you want . WeShare Crowdfunding is none of the above! WeShare is based on understanding that donating to the community is similar to the saying "A rising tide floats all boats." Don't You Ever Give Up!
This week at we will discuss JUDGES MAKE A DEAL featuring historian and homeowner advocate SAM ELAMIN who will discuss amongst other topics "Blind Man & Wife Evicted for $600" we are hoping to have Mr. Raysor the man evicted on also. 63 year old Ray Raysor, who was blind since age 13, was evicted from his home in the Village Green Co-op in Landover, Maryland. Evicted along with him were his wife and guide dog, Rayteeko. It was a co-op on whose board of directors Mr. Raysor once served. Apparently, also, he and his family enjoy much love and respect among neighbors, though the co-op's current management and legal teams seem to have viewed things differently: Mr. Raysor had once served on the Co-op Board of directors. He's a leading advocate for the blind in the County. The attorney for the co-op says Ray Raysor had been repeatedly late with his rent prompting several judgement's dating back to May of this year. The Attorney Bernie Cooke says the back rents were eventually paid, thus staving off earlier eviction notices; but there remained late fees, court fees and penalties to be paid. Raysor says he was unaware until deputy sheriffs arrived that another $600 dollars was due.Hosted by Visionary/Creator /Producer/Director "DaOne" with Co-Hosts NAISA Prodigy Producer/SongWriter/Musician/Performer & Featuring our MyStory Historian who we at 3EO affectionately call The "Encyclo-negro-pedia" C. Call yo neighbors, call yo mama an'em.
Our Guest is the author of the Black Heroine Novels Black Nancy Book I and Book II, Lennox "OX" Nelson. There are times when it appears our DREAMS are just that, dreams. We want them so bad but no matter how much we want them and no matter how hard we try they are still so far away.Or so they seem. "OX" had his dream come true, then his division I football career at Notre Dame was taken from him in a brutal attack. But that was his dream. The creator had something bigger and more impactful for him. I'm here to tell you your dreams are real. Believing IS seeing. Everything that exists today started with a dream, a thought. sometimes we select a path to our dream that the creator doesn't want you to take so he'll take your plans away and give you a path that will prepare you to handle the dream when you get there. Many things I experience today was only a dream when I was a child. You have to keep your dreams alive because when your dream dies it dies in you and dead things tend to stink and smell. When your dreams die your personality begins to stink because your dream is what gives you energy and life. Don't give up on your dreams because the path has changed. You are the Game Changers. We're gonna help you with that today.
I hear all too often the question "What does Africa & Black history have to do with what we do today?" I always hesitate. How do you explain a process to someone who believes they live in a bubble only affected by what happens today?I explain that I have a scar over my right eye because a guy sucker punched me one day as I was walking home from school. Now I am always aware when someone walks up on me from behind. Police self report domestic violence at the rate of 40% of ALL domestic violence reports.Their spouses are deathly afraid to report because...In a nationwide survey of 123 police departments, 45% had no specific policy for dealing with officer-involved domestic violence. http://www.purpleberets.org/violence_police_families.html Where were all of these people who call Black children thugs and criminals when the students at Kentucky University rioted in the streets for the 2nd year in a row. http://www.dailykos.com/story/2015/04/05/1375772/-Riots-Looting-Fires-Break-Out-in-Kentucky-Don-t-Worry-It-s-Mostly-White-Kids# Kentucky fans rioted because they lost a basketball game. Baltimore youth rioted because another black man was paralyzed and died while in police custody for the second time. Pastor Jamal Bryant brought the Bloods and the Crips together this past Sunday with the Nation of Islam and a Christian Church in peace to address and create a plan to overcome the systemic issue of domestic violence on the black male. Did Fox, NBC, ABC or CBS report that breaking news? NO!
Alycia Johnson Asks the question...Do you ever look back on your life to see who you are? I know you will say you know who you are but most times we just know where we are today and don't really value the journey. It's the trials tribulations and triumphs that make the reward so appreciated. The journey that is where the man or woman is made, that is where we earn our stripes because we all know those who when confronted by a struggle pin their tail between their legs and quit.
We are going to show you how you met your challenges and beat them. And if you didn't you will learn an easy and sure fire technique to become a victor and not a victim any more.

Hosted by Historian C.R. Gibbs "How Have Blacks Done Things For 500,000 Years?" Is There a Difference Between Black and African American? Learning how Blacks have done things for 500,000 years will go a long way to explaining why we do what we do today. I used to get confused between being Black and being African American. Is there a difference? I used to think I had to choose. I am physically and genetically who I am. I don't get to choose who my ancestors are. it's not a decision. What happened and the quicker we accept it the quicker we can stand in our own glory and stop borrowing other people's truth. What is an African American? Someone who identifies with their connection to Africa but has accepted their current citizenship as their home. They are integrated and an American who has a heritage based in Africa. That's a decision and not necessarily who they are. A peach can call itself an apple but that doesn't change the fuzz. What is Black? Being Black is acknowledging the entire global community of color that has family origins that trace back to the continent of Africa as one people. There are blacks all over the globe and not just in America just as there are Asians across the globe and Europeans. The differences that appear are all cultural, it's how they do things.
Host Historian CR Gibbs discusses "If The Earliest Known Evidence of Mankind Was Uncovered In Africa Why Isn't History Taught From That Point On?" "Until Lions Have Their Own Historians, Tales of the Hunt Shall Always Glorify the Hunter” unknown. A group of restless men atop a ridge in the Afar desert of Ethiopia. A few of them are pacing back and forth, straining to see if they can spot fragments of beige bone in the reddish-brown rubble below, as eager to start their search as children at an Easter egg hunt. At the bottom of the hill is a 25-foot-long cairn of black rocks erected in the style of an Afar grave, so large it looks like a monument to a fallen hero. And in a way it is. Tim White and his colleagues assembled it to mark the place where they first found traces, in 1994, of “Ardi,” a female who lived 4.4 million years ago. Her skeleton has been described as one of the most important discoveries of the past century, and she is changing basic ideas about how our earliest ancestors looked and moved. In addition to Ardi, a possible direct ancestor, it is possible here to find hominid fossils from as recently as 160,000 years ago—an early Homo sapiens like us—all the way back to Ardipithecus kadabba, one of the earliest known hominids, who lived almost six million years ago. At last count, the Middle Awash project, which takes its name from this patch of the Afar desert and includes 70 scientists from 18 nations, has found 300 specimens from seven different hominid species that lived here one after the other.
Historian C.R. Gibbs teaches us how... "Every culture has an MLK, a Christopher Columbus, a Jesus, a Napoleon, a Shakespeare, a Ben Franklin, a Shaka Zulu, an Einstein and a Julius Caesar " The Africans are no different. Riddle me this ...? What's "Theirstory' Have you heardit? You ddon't know if it's important or not if you don't know. Open Your eyes, all of them. Here on 3EO
