Ferguson and America's Hidden Fascist Agenda

    in Politics Progressive

Ferguson did not come out of nowhere.  America has had a hidden agenda since the 1600s of racism, genocide, and militarism that can be traced on a critical path to the present.  This critical path is the course we are on today, and it has to be understood that the country needs a new direction and transformational leadership to get there.  Today we will shine a flashlight on the above seeds of destruction sown into the foundation of the American empire from the very beginning:

Racism, Genocide, and Militarism from the beginning to the present.
The Evolution of Fascism in America.
Operation Paperclip, the New Jim Crow, and the Prison Industrial Complex.
Bioweapons, the JFK Assassination, and the People's Temple.
    Global Pandemics, Agribusiness, and Africa.

As always, you are cordially invited to call in.

Maroon & Revolts Audio Book Breaking The Chains Wm. L. Katz Chps 8 & 9

    in Education

Chapter 8 and 9, Runaways and Maroons; Revolts in the Age of Revolution,

Breaking The Chains by William L. Katz "will force many readers to reexamine their assumptions about American history… Young readers will be fascinated and better informed for having experienced this book,” wrote School Library Journal. Striking photographs highlight this unknown heritage.”
    — Black Child Magazine, February/March 1997

The story of Maroon communities in the Americas is one of the most important and fascinating chapters in the history of New World societies. However, it is a story that is not well known. Scholarly research and forensic archaeology are increasingly uncovering the evidence of Maroon settlements that have been a part of the US from the 1600s until the 1900s, but were hidden in plain view. Not only is little known about Maroon encampments established throughout the southern US, but our history books include little trace of the agency of Africans, who were forcibly brought to the US and enslaved, but employed military and diplomatic strategies in international relations, represented Native nations in negotiations with the US government, launched cottage industries, and built lasting communities long before the end of the Civil War.

Over Two hundred years ago, while the elite in New Orleans were making their usual preparations for Mardi Gras. Plantation owners were planning all-night parties, and the women of the house were looking forward to elaborate masquerades and balls.
What they didn't know is while they were planning for their annual carnival festivities, their slaves were planning a little something of their own.
On one fateful night, 500 armed slaves rose up from the plantations and set out to conquer the city.

King James - Busting the myths and exposing the truths

    in Lifestyle

For centuries, King James, the King of England during the 1600s, was known an Englishman, who was white.

Today however, some black people, only after seeing the photographs allegedly released from the Vatican church, believe King James was a black man.

This mind blowing discussion will cover the history of King James, the origin of his name, the images depicting him as a black person, and the ultimate scheme behind it all.

You can’t believe everything you see.

    Let us discuss.

Why are black people trying to make all the historical figures black?

Why have whites lied about history?

Why is race such an important factor when discussing history?

Honey Badger Radio: A Witch Hunt in Atheism?

    in Politics

The people of Salem, Massachusetts in the 1600s lived in a culture that accepted the existence of the devil, assorted demons and other evil spirits, including witches, and which encouraged them to blame all misfortune and conflict in the community on these supernatural causes. The people of the modern day West live in a culture that largely accepts the existence the Patriarchy, Rape Culture, and Cultural Misogyny, and which encourages them to blame all misfortune and conflict in the community--from rape to domestic violence to the pay gap to male-only conscription--on these ethereal and unfalsifiable "social constructs".The Salem witch trials began with accusations against an opposing camp--a rival family in the community engaged in a long-standing feud with the family of the accused. The flurry of recent sexual misconduct accusations in the Atheist/sceptic community essentially began with an invitation to continue a conversation over coffee, proffered by an unnamed man in an elevator. That invitation was ground zero for the splintering of that community into two rival camps--one which embraced scepticism and the rejection of any notion of an invisible, unmeasurable superior power that rules all our lives, and one which embraced dogmatism.A witch hunt has begun in the sceptic community--one side asking for evidence, and the other demanding blind faith. Who will prevail? God knows...

Race Still Matters: Just Ask Paula Deen and Oprah

    in Business

Here we go again!!!! The elephant in the room is RACE and it showed up in a courtroom with Paula Deen and in a Swiss boutique with Oprah.  Two different reasons. In two separate countries thousands of miles away. Paula Deen admitted to frequent use of the “N” word with staff, friends, family and colleagues.  Oprah strolled into a fashionable Swiss boutique and was refused service when the clerk thought the purse she wanted to see was too expensive for her tastebuds.  Let’s clear the record, Electing a popular and prolific Black President does NOT make this country post racial!  And now it doesn’t make the world post racial!  Race is embedded in the DNA of our society, even though it is merely a social construct crafted by the slave owners of the 1600s.  We’ll explore the reasons why race still matters with Mary-Frances Winters, a veteran diversity professional who has personally felt the sting of racial injustice and understands why it persists to this day.

TUNE INTO CIVIL ALERT TONIGHT!  As we welcome James A. Wright author of Destiny Comes on the Wind - The Legend of Opechancanough.  Opchanacanough was the tribal chief of the Powhatan Confederacy during the 1600s.
James Wright book depicts history in a novel-like manner  that illustrates what took place in Virginia from a non-mainstream perspective.
What is amazing is that before Captain John Smith came to the Western Hemisphere, he was captured by Moors and Turks in the Eastern Hemisphere and we he came to the Western Hemisphere in the 1600s as the head of the Virginia Company he was captured once again. OOPs.  The 1619 Captain John Smith Bringing 20 Africans to Viriginia Story doesn't work anymore.
