If you're going to be corrupt, at least do it big like a movie villain. And goodness, no one knows how to be corrupt in sports like FIFA. When the IRS calls an investigation "the World Cup of fraud" in a press conference, you know the dirty deeds were done at impressively high levels.
On a Wednesday edition of The Exchange, Sumit and Jason chat will talk about the arrests and indictments of multiple high-level FIFA officials in Switzerland and the investigation here in the United States. From the comical to the unnerving to the maddening, they'll jump into it all as the possible extradition and further arrests are still happening. They will also throw a few thoughts out on the ongoing NBA Western Conference Finals and the conference finals in the Stanley Cup playoffs.
Come through The Exchange in the chat room, on Twitter (@skd_thExchange and @asportsscribe) and on the phone lines at 347-202-0247.

I am happy to have Brother J. D. "Hawk" Bolden and his wife, Sister Antoinette Bolden on the radio show again to discuss this topic. God's Truth & Deliverance Ministries (located in Antioch, TN), where Bro. Bolden is the Pastor, has been of the most help - out of anything - in my walk with the Lord. I thank God for using both of them in different ways - all to His glory and for the edification of the Body of Christ.
There are so many distractions in the world today. There have always been hinderances, but it has been more than ever with the increasing media at our fingertips. The music, movies, magazines, and shows have all consumed so many lives especially in the Western world. This is to not say that we have to live in a box as believers. We should be aware of what is going on around us. However, we should not be seeking to be entertained by the world and be caught up in what it has to offer. Our main focus should be our relationship with the Lord and with others.
So many of us are lacking in our walk with God because of the things we refuse to let go of. A lot of the content in the world is contrary to God. If we are to live in holiness, it is impossible to hold on to what is unholy. This also includes relationships that we might have had before we came to the Lord. We would rather hold on to those relationships and lose our relationship with God than to stand alone if need be. We need to skee the Lord on all of this.

Tonight's special guest is Polly Moore from Atlanta, Georgia, a returning NAASCA family member. Polly is the Executive Administrative Assistant of Angela Williams, Founder of VOICE Today, a non-profit organization whose mission is to break the cycle and silence of child sexual abuse through awareness, prevention, and healing programs. She began volunteering with VOICE Today on July 17, 2012, the day after she broke her silence. She'd found her voice at VOICE Today's support group the night before. Polly grew up with six siblings in Mobile, Alabama, but was only 8 years old when her father died of lung cancer. Soon two neighborhood boys began to molest her, friends of her older twin brothers. A couple of years later she was assaulted by another neighbor and later by her older brother. She was able to break away from the abuse at the age of twelve, but was by then deep in the darkness of isolation. Polly is now a mother and grandmother, and has lived in Atlanta for the past 15 years. She is contemplating returning to finish her final year at Western Carolina University where she majored in Accounting, and has become a devoted advocate for adult survivors of Child Sexual Abuse. Polly says she will forever continue to help fellow adult survivors find their voice and welcome their healing through the working of Angela Williams and VOICE Today.

The Andrew Dixon Foundation is to develop self- esteem and motivate youth through the eyes of baseball. The past 3 years has been developing baseball throughout Jamaica primary schools, certifying and teaching
. Along with the annual back to school and Christmas projects give-a-ways. It has been brought to my attention that one of the rural primary schools St. Elizabeth "St. Mary's primary school" is without proper bathroom facilities. We have agreed to take on this project to build two bathroom facilities for this school, which we are seeking support and donations to help complete this project. The cost of this project is estimated at $20,000.00 US and our portion is $10,000.00 half of the cost. The Jamaican government is willing to assist us with the remaining balance. The families of the students who attends the school will be assisting by contributing labor and other help as well. The bathrooms will consist of 4 commodes for the girls, 3 commodes for the boys with 3 urinals, 2 sinks will be provided in both along with the basic doors. We will provide photos of the existing bathrooms with current conditions students has endured for the past years. We kindly thank you in advance for your assistance and all donation proceeds. All amounts are highly appreciated. Once, again thanks for your support. Sincerely Andrew Dixon Foundation Andrew Dixon
