    The Western Edge has a strong two year history of great informative shows covering topics around Horse Training, The Rodeo Industry, Music Artist and much much more. We are ecstatic to come back stronger than ever before with a our own unique format and more shows, you will have opportunities to talk to our co-hosts and guest live during our broadcast or send in questions to them prior to the show. We love including our audience with the topics we cover. In our short two years on air we have a nearly 60,000 listens on our shows and our show profile page has been viewed over 20,000 times. Our broadcast can be listened to worldwide - which we really love, because that means our friends, family and fans that serve our country or work abroad can catch our show live or listen to the recorded show at their Convenience . During our first show of 2015 Carrie will inform us on The Western Edge 2015 and Scott Daily of Scott Daily Horse Training will update us on what to expect from his shows.     #176: Amy Tudor, Head Coach, Western Kentucky University Softball, vists The Coach Roges Show, for the first time to talk about the state of the Lady Toppers and preview upcoming games against Conference USA foe Florida Atlantic.  This season, Western Kentucky is led by two Sr's both transfers from IPFW.  Miranda Kramer has really been everything for the team inside the circle season, earning her third consecutive C-USA Pitcher of the Week last week, while OF Larissa Franklin has shown her ability at the plate and in the field.  Franklin is also a member of the Canadian National Team and will be on Team Canada in Toronto for the 2015 Pan American Games.  Four SR's total moved from IPFW to WKU this season. Western Kentucky University Twitter

    The Western Swing Authority is a unique collaboration of seasoned professionals whose bios include multiple Canadian Country Music Awards (band members hold at least six CCMA awards and over 20 nominations among them), Juno nominations, and resumes that span from working with Gordon Lightfoot, to Ian Tyson, to George Canyon. They have been spreading the gospel of Western Swing around the world, being named the 2014 CMAO Roots Artist of the Year as well as picking up nominations for CCMA Group of the Year and Roots Artist Of The Year.


    The WSA recently completed their new album called NOW PLAYING -  produced by Jason Barry at Barrytone Studios. The project's release date is set for February 3rd, 2015.
