WARRIOR WOMAN RADIO- SPEAKER AND AUTHOR, VANESSA J. ROSS

    in Lifestyle

    Vanessa J. Ross
I was born on January 11, 1956 to Jean Tophia Jones and Paul M. Jones Sr. I was the second oldest of seven siblings. My mother and grandmother were my best motivation and inspiration ever. I graduated from Walter L. Cohen Sr. High School. I have a degree in Child Development and also in Interior Decorator/ Design. I am a Licensed Cosmetologist of many years. I graduated from John Jay Beauty School. I am very devoted to the Lord. I am a devoted wife, mother and grandmother. I love singing, learning more about the bible each and everyday. I am a very unique and caring person. I am here to do God YAHWEH's will, for I know he has plans or me. One of my favorite scriptures is Psalms 27:1 The Lord is my light and my salvation; whom shall I fear? The Lord is the strength of my life; of whom shall I fear? My grandchildren are the joy of my life and believe me I wouldn't trade them for the world." Let the life I live speak for me !!!!!

My daughter was born in Ft. Wayne, Indiana. The doctors there didn't know anything about what was going on with my child. At the age of three months old, my daughter had a stroke. We had moved to Los Angeles California. This is where it all began. I woke up one morning and my baby continued to cry and not stop. Nothing was moving on her body, so I knew in my mind something was really wrong. I brought her to Children's Hospital. I then discovered that she not only had a stroke. but the child had pneumonia. This is where my journey began. I would read the Jabez prayer every night because I knew deep down inside God, Yahweh, would see me through any situation. Psalm 23 says the Lord is my shepard I shall not want. As my baby started getting older, little did I know my journey was just beginning! One thing I knew was  how to get on my knees and pray for strength.

    Meet The Holy Spirit

    in Christianity

John 16:7-15 English Standard Version (ESV)

7 Nevertheless, I tell you the truth: it is to your advantage that I go away, for if I do not go away, the Helper will not come to you. But if I go, I will send him to you. 8 And when he comes, he will convict the world concerning sin and righteousness and judgment: 9 concerning sin, because they do not believe in me; 10 concerning righteousness, because I go to the Father, and you will see me no longer; 11 concerning judgment, because the ruler of this world is judged.

12 I still have many things to say to you, but you cannot bear them now.13 When the Spirit of truth comes, he will guide you into all the truth, for he will not speak on his own authority, but whatever he hears he will speak, and he will declare to you the things that are to come. 14 He will glorify me, for he will take what is mine and declare it to you. 15 All that the Father has is mine;therefore I said that he will take what is mine and declare it to you.

"Hazed & Exposed; Attorneys, Activists & Journalists Fight Together in Kansas"

    in Politics

Thursday afternoon a jury acquitted Kyler Carriker of Felony Murder.  The verdict ended a fight for justice that was two years old and reached across the country with attorney, activists & journalists all pitching in, joined by a community of supporters that never wavered from the fight. It was wonderful to watch and more wonderful to be a part of. Sunday Morning we spend time with a few of the important people who waged that fight.  Mike Shatz of Kansas Exposed, Meko Haze of The Daily Haze and Joe Grumbine of The Human Solution International join me to discuss the trial, the issues, the protestors and how much more work there is for everyone to do. Mike, Meko and Joe provided a window into the trial process reporting on testimony, rulings by Judge Pullman and the strategy of the Prosecuting Attorney.  Along with Jennifer Winn, Kyler's mother, providing daily video updates, these three and people like Shona Banda, Kisty Watson and even Mike Harris on social media, showed the world how unity works in a fight for justice and how Kyler and marvelous attorney Sarah Swain knew at all times that there were many fighting with them.  It will be an inspiring conversation.  So grab a cup of coffee and join us Sunday Morning for this important discussion. Longtime Activist, Journalist, Coffee Party USA Board of Director & Radio Host, Bobby Rodrigo brings you "I Take LIBERTY With My Coffee". On Coffee Party USA Radio every Sunday Morning at 8:30AM. Advocating engagement Bobby points out the Constitution is the Rule of Law and why it should remain so. Money in Politics, the Political Party Machine, & partisan blind allegiance is on full display as he advocates against the erosion of Constitutional Protections in the name of corruption & tyranny. "If we focused on following the Constitution we would solve many of the ills of our society."
