HONOR AND RESPECT.
Next upcoming show: Kanzo in America. Is there a need for kanzo or initiation outside of Haiti? It is against tradtional Haitian Vodou. However; Vodou is changing and changes to receive her children. I am sure the combining of differant Vodou practices at Bois Caïman was against tradtional Vodou practices from Africa. With the large mass migration of Haitians in the 1960's , a change was in the making. A change to Haitian Vodou. Is it time for Haitian's in the diaspora and Vodou to change or should we stay as close to tradtional Haitian Vodou as possible? Haiti is also the habitat adopted by our spirits or loa. How does this and kanzo relate? All are welcomed to call in and join , who come with HONOR AND RESPECT.

Hoodoo Sen Moise was raised in Southern Conjure. From the time he was a child, he was learning the work of conjure and hoodoo. He was learning about the spirit and how important the ancestors are in his life and work. He is also a Hougan (priest)in Haitian Vodou and Padre Nganga in Palo Mayombe. It is his desire to be a conduit of change, to help bring about change for those who have a desire for magic and spiritual work. Sen Elias is a priest in British Traditional Witchcraft. From a young age, he heard the call of the spirit and the power of magic began to move with him. He spent his life learning the arts of magic and spellwork so that he could create change in himself and others. He has a desire to bring the wonderful spirit of magic to those he comes in contact with. He and his spirits are strong and have the call to share the power of the work. Together, they bring to you, Crescent City Conjure, the culmination of their life's work and calling to be proponents of change...to be proponents of magic and work.
In this episode of ODWIRA, we examine the nature of the Ntoro (Deity) Ba Neb Djedet and how the titles and functions of this Ntoro were truncated, corrupted and attached to the fictional entity commonly called Baphomet. There is a great deal of misinformation circulating within the Afurakani/Afuraitkaitnit (African) community regarding Baphomet because of the embrace of and 'blackening up' of white pseudo-occultism. Only a grounding in Afurakani/Afuraitkaitnit (African) Ancestral Religion allows us to separate the misinformation from reality, for it is only through direct invocation and interfacing with the Abosom (Orisha, Vodou, Ntorou/Ntorotu - Deities) that we come to know and understand them experientially.
We give Hoodoo Nhwehwemu, a Hoodoo Analysis, of this issue which allows us to bring forth the cosmological infrastructure which gives birth to the images, functions, names, familial relationships and more regarding Ba Neb Djedet. Baphomet has nothing to do with the 'worship of the Black man', 'sacred science', 'perfected man', etc. The Baphomet symbol is nothing more than a corrupt symbol of dissexuality/homosexuality promulgated by the whites and their offspring - as is the nature of their perverted spirits.
We examine our books:

Sancista Luis is a first generation American, born from Puerto Rican parents. He was born in Northern Massachusettes where he still resides with his two daughters, granddaughters and his two dogs. Sancista Luis was born with a thin membrane over his face which his Grandmother proclamed would give him the gift of sight, although his eyes never fully developed within the womb and doctors told his mother he would probably be completely blind by the age of 3; this never came to pass but his poor physical eye sight, aided the young Luis in developing his senses at a very young age. A clairvoyant seer and Medium Channeler, as a child he would travel every summer to Puerto Rico with his parents where he learned to develop his Spiritual gifts with his Grandmother Juana and other mediums in an old shack that was used for Spiritual Veladas and Sesiones. As a teenager his intrests in Neo Paganism soon led him to the Afro Cuban Lukumi religion, where he recvieved his Collares and Warriors. In his late 20s he meet the late Puerto Rican Medium and Sancista Hector Luis Rodriguez who would become his Godfather in Sanse. A few years after that, he traveled to Bani, Dominican Republic where he recieved his baptism and Aplazamiento within the Dominican 21 Divison tradition. He later traveled to Venezuela and Colombia in his spiritual quest for all things related to Espiritismo and it was in Venezuela where he fell in love with the Tradition of Maria Lionza. Today Sancista Luis holds spiritual reuinions at his home, and does Spiritual Consultations at a local Haitian Botanica in Everett Massachusettes. He also conducts Misas with elder Cuban Babalocha Esteban Quintana. He is the author of Light and Progress; A Handbook for the Developing Mediums within the Puerto Rican Espiritismo Criollo Mesa Blanca System and translated Manbo Paula Wedo's Vodou Manual, Ayibobo; Gracias la Misericordia into Spanish.
2016 still has that "new car" smell. Some Christians have organized this annual conference called the "Passion" for the youth. It is a way to refuel the faith of the next generation of believers. I will discuss how some religions get creative in order to stay relevant in 2016.
Plus we are expecting to hear from Author Dan Nzinga and perhaps Guy Renaud.
Haitian FREE Thinkers is dedicated to raising the profile of secular Haitians around the world.

In this episode of AKANFO NANASOM we examine the Creation of the Afurakani/Afuraitkaitnit (African) human being as demonstrated through our Ancestral culture and cosmology. The whites and their offspring have deliberately put forward false theories as to our origins for the purposes of mental, social and political control. Intelligent Afurakanu/Afuraitkaitnut (Africans~Black) people recognize the reality of Creation and our place in Creation in relationship to Ra, Rait, Khunem, Heqet and the various Ntorou/Ntorotu, (Abosom, Orisha, Vodou - Deities/Divine Spirit-Forces) who animate the physical aspects of the world.

Dr. Rita Louise is joined on Just Energy Radio this week by two guests, Kenaz Filan who will be talking about New Orleans Vodou and Jason Gregory who will discuss the way of the weirdo.
New Orleans Vodou
After a decade of solitary service to the lwa (spirits of Haitian Vodou), in 2003 Kenaz Filan was initiated at Société la Belle Venus #2, a Vodou House in Brooklyn, New York. Kenaz is the author of “The Haitian Vodou Handbook”, “Vodou Love Magic” and the forthcoming “Drawing Down the Spirits” with Raven Kaldera.
The Way Of The Weirdo
Jason Gregory for years has been a researcher in the fields of suppressed history, esoteric knowledge and the origins of humanity. Growing up his whole life within the comforts of the west, he chose to live a more humble existence in the land of Asia. Jason's life in the east naturally moved him into the exploration of consciousness and the world within. In this journey he was profoundly influenced by the philosophies of Vedanta, Buddhism, Hermeticism and the way of the Tao.
