Men you are to take the lead, to lay your life down for your family. Too many men are taking these times for granted to believing it does not matter of what good deed you do, you will see Heaven. Yes you will if you are saved but your works will be tested as 1 Cor. 3:10-17 says your works will be tested by fire, either it will be works of Gold, Silver, Bronze, Wood, Hay or Straw. This is the value of your Inheritance in the Kingdom of Heaven. Where do you think you stand because it will be “TESTED.” We at, “The Kingdom Culture Fellowship Ministries” stand as representative of the “Kingdom of GOD” to inform you Men and Woman for the sake of your families “Know Your Position In Christ.” May GOD always rule in your life through His Son Our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. Amen!
The TalentCulture #TChat Show is back live on Wednesday, October 22, 2014, from 7-8 pm ET (4-5 pm PT).
Last week we talked about how to use company culture to attract candidates, and this week we’re going to talk about engagement and the culture control panel.
Culture is increasingly a legitimate business concern in the world of work, and that means methods for measuring and managing it are more critical than ever before.
The problem is, when businesses scale at any speed, operational concerns often take priority over people concerns. When left unchecked, rapid growth “grooms” disengaged workers and then the problems mount when leaders realize how difficult it is to hire and retain top talent.
And by the way, high-performers can smell a poorly managed culture from a mile away. Add to that the fact that employee tenure continues to shrink and the prospect of building a strong, sustainable culture grows even more grim.
This week’s guest will share five important points of culture that all businesses from startups to blue chips can use to build employee engagement and improve retention — and extra profit — from day one.
Join TalentCulture #TChat Show co-creators and co-hosts Meghan M. Biro and Kevin W. Grossman as we learn how to measure culture via engagement with this week’s guest: Josh Levine, Director of Strategy and Founder at Great Monday and Co-Founder of CultureLab.

Prov. 12:4; an excellent wife is the crown of her husband, But she who shames him is like rottenness in his bones.
This is a black arts and culture site. We will be exploring the African Diaspora via the writing, performance, both musical and theatrical (film and stage), as well as the visual arts of Africans in the Diaspora and those influenced by these aesthetic forms of expression. I am interested in the political and social ramifications of art on society, specifically movements supported by these artists and their forebearers. It is my claim that the artists are the true revolutionaries, their work honest and filled with raw unedited passion. They are our true heroes. Ashay!

From Insanity to Sane is a platform for Women all around the world as we demonstrate our challenges but through wisdom our challenegs does not define us as leading Women in the world of today.Yuki Sakaguchi is a New York-based painter, illustrator, GRAPHIC DESIGNER, actress and Reiki practitioner specializing in spiritual aesthetics. Yuki was born and lived in Japan, but in 2012, she moved to New York to reconsider what her life was abandoning her twenty year career as an actress and ten year carrier as a graphic designer.
On November 2012, Yuki stopped by the Art Students League of New York and felt so nostalgic when she came in the building. Two months later, she got into the school and started to learn painting from Ronnie Landfield. At the end of 2013, Yuki remembered a book that she bought in Japan and had not read yet. On opening the book, she was astonished because the book said, “This is a letter for the students of Art Students League”. Yuki believes the book “The Art Spirit by Robert Henri” brought her to the school.
