TS Radio: Dr. Bart Billings on psychiatry and drugging of our military

    in Psychology

Dr. Bart Billings joins us this evening to discuss pyschiatry and the drugging of our military, especially returning veterans.  With so-called "suicides" reaching an estimated 22-30 per day, and billions being spent annually to provide "services" including psychotropic drugs, we have to ask, "What is really going on here?"

What if what is diagnosed as PTSD is in reality, a traumatic brain injury brought on by repeated exposure to explosions and/or explosive sound?  The injury to the brain is inevitable.  Is it possible that diagnosing PTSD and the subsequent drugging is less costly than treating the actual injury to the brain?  That maybe, those "suicides" are actually a system meant to reduce the overall costs of care of returning soldiers from all the wars we have going on.

Please be sure to see CCHR's video:  The Hidden Enemy: The Psychiatric Drugging of the Military.

    in Family

Kelly O'Meara joins us at 7:30 pm CST

What happens in CPS is quickly adapted to APS

CCHR Applauds Judge for Upholding Detroit Mother Maryanne Godboldo’s Right to Protect Daughter from Forced Drugging

It is a case of misdiagnosis, misinformation and unrestrained persecution. Parents need to understand this is not an isolated case and it is happening across the nation far too often.”

Despite prosecutors’ second attempt this year to bring criminal charges against Detroit mother Maryanne Godboldo, who underwent a 10 hour stand-off with police for refusing to administer a powerful antipsychotic drug to her daughter, Wayne County District Judge Gregory Bill has become the second judge this year to dismiss the charges.

    BIO:

Kelly O’Meara is an award-winning investigative reporter whose coverage of the adverse effects of psychiatric mind-altering drugs is virtually unmatched in the United States. After 16 successful years as a Congressional staff member, Kelly joined Washington’s Insight Magazine where she published numerous hard-hitting articles examining prescription psychiatric drugs and the increasing number of school shootings.

After six years at Insight, Kelly became an independent author with the publication of Psyched Out: How Psychiatry Sells Mental Illness and Pushes Pills That Kill, an in-depth investigation into the fraud of psychiatric diagnosing and the dangerous, potentially life-threatening adverse reactions connected to the prescription mind-altering drugs used as “treatment.” She continues to publish powerful reports of the use of psychiatric drugs with children, members of the military and our wider society.

TS Radio with Guests Joe Roubicek and Dr. Arden Gifford

    in Politics

In the first hour, join us as Joe Roubicek discusses his new 40 page pamphlet on guardianship.

Joe's book " Guardian Angels inc/ The Vile Business Of Corrupt Guardianship" is available on Amazon and exposes the realities of professional predatory guardians and the looting of estates. These books are ideal for handing out to those who are planning to attend seminars that claim to help avoid guardianship/consrvatorship, and are instead a data basing system used to identify and track those with assets. It is a must have to educate others on the impending theft of their estates and how it is done by the courts and professional predators.

In the second hour, Dr. Arden Gifford joins us again to discuss forensic psychiatry, your right to a second opinion and the use of psychotropic drugs on the elderly. Please be advised that Dr. Gifford cannot diagnose or treat any specific case or individual.  This interview is for educational purposes only.

TS Radio: Dr. Sam Sugar on status of Florida guardianship laws

    in Current Events

Dr Sam Sugar joins us to talk about the progress of his group: Americans Against Abusive Probate Guardianships

Board Certified Internal Medical Specialist, Dr. Sam Sugar wil be featured in an in-depth discussion on legislative refrom of the For Profit Guardianship system in Florida, the emergence of AAAPG and the medico-legal issues that often enable "The Rush to Guardianship"

"Sadly, as so many investigations have revealed, there exist in Florida a substantial number of abusive "Professional For Profit" guardians and lawyers who have manipulated the Guardianship system and repeatedly exploited their positions to loot the very estates they are sworn to protect.

It is not just elders who are vulnerable--anyone at any age--can be deemed "incapacitated" --even seemingly healthy independent adults--and become  " A Ward of the State"

A powerful subgroup of For Profit  Guardians has used loopholes in the law and very weak Court moitoring to wreak terrible harm on Wards and their Families while they enrich themselves with exorbitant fees and horribly abusive tactics.

Abusive Guardians twist and  subvert the laws giving them total power over the (allegedly) vulnerable in our society and instead of helping the frail among us,  use the power of the law to strip away precious Civil Rights and plunder estates, isolate families who get in the way, and in  the process destroy lives. They use the very laws intended to help people to destroy innocent people and their families."

TS Radio with guest Dr. Sam Sugar

    in Politics

Dr. Sam Sugar joins us this evening!  We will be talking at length about patients rights.   When are they applicable?  When do they end?   At what point does HIPAA end and the de facto death certificate referred to as guardianized "ward" begin?

If you are hospitalized due to illness and have not been declared a "ward", what right does the state and its agencies and agents have to intervene in your care or decisions?

Dr Sugar has also helped to author a bill in the Florida legislature FL SB412 which calls for revision of standing statutes and protection from predators working within the probate/family court system.

Why should anyone, by virtue of disability, and/or unproven mental incompetence lose all of their Constitutional protections and rights?

Why should anyone be "dead in the law" because they were deemed an  "ward" of the court?

At what point does the individual cease to exist and to have rights, especially when no "team of experts"  has determined them to be incapacitated?

Why should vulnerability allow a predator to loot the estates, take SS and veterans checks, personal belongings, valuable property for their own purposes.

Dr.Sam Sugar has much to say about all of this.

These and many other questions will be addressed along with Dr. Sugar's Florida legislation that calls for major changes in the care and treatment of the elderly and others who fall prey to the organized criminal rings operating in our family and probate courts.

Tonight's guest is Jo Anne Normile, author of the critically acclaimed book, Saving Baby, which is featured in the Feb. 2015 Reader's Digest.

Jo Anne owned a promising granddaughter of the great Secretariat, but she turned her back on racing when she learned how brutally the horses are treated, their lives more often than not ending in slaughter.  She went on to found CANTER, the most successful Thoroughbred rescue in the country, saving more than 4,000 horses during her tenure as executive director.  And she now serves as president of Saving Baby Equine Charity, which saves all horse breeds from the brink, including wild mustangs and burros.

Jo Anne’s dedication to horses includes research on equine self-mutilation syndrome and compulsive behavior in formerly feral horses, which resulted in her co-authoring studies that appeared in the Journal of the American Veterinary Medical Association and the Journal of Applied Research in Veterinary Medicine.  She was also cited for her contributions to a research paper published in Food and Chemical Toxicology about the public health risk of selling horsemeat laced with phenylbutazone, or “bute,” routinely given to Thoroughbred race horses.

Jo Anne has been written up in every publication from The New York Times to Horse Illustrated and has appeared on CNN Headline News and numerous other television programs.  She joins us tonight to tell about her odyssey from racing enthusiast to horse rescuer.
