Tonight Pop Art Painter Jamie Roxx (www.JamieRoxx.us) welcomes the Denver Rock / Alternative Band, Television Generation to the show!
TVG is a 3 piece alternative rock band with punk rock energy and an affinity for 60's pop and 90's grunge. The band began in 2010 with lead singer and guitarist Will Hayden writing songs and playing with friends in a basement in Boulder, CO. After a few lineup changes and the addition of Elliott Hoffman on bass, the band adopted drummer Anthony Elio's former horror punk band name Television Generation and set forth to conquer Denver with sad, angry, socially charged rock n' roll set to poppy melodies and grungy guitar riffs.

[itvt] is pleased to present an audio recording of the TVOT NYC 2015 session, "Live Social Broadcasting and its Implications for Television." The session was described in the show brochure as follows:
"The past year or so has seen a range of live social broadcasting platforms come into prominence, each with its own unique user experience, 'stars,' programming formats, incipient monetization techniques, and audience demographics. This session will explore this new form of video-based social media, identify the key differentiators of each platform, and attempt to assess live social broadcasting's significance both for television and for the more established forms of online video.

The next TVOT SF 2016 show is June 7-8th in San Francisco!
Tonight, we put on a stiff upper lip and offer a touch of class!
From cold war, Bond-inspired spy shows to atmospheric occult and sci-fi miniseries and telefilms, we talk everything from Jason King, Adam Adamant, the Persuaders and The Avengers in all its incarnations through ostensible "children's programming" like The Tomorrow People, Into the Labyrinth, Children of the Stones and King of the Castle to Zodiac and the yearly ghost stories for Christmas, with semi-comic SF oddities like Star Maidens, The Secret Service and Space 1999, top-notch Brian Clemens Thriller!s and one offs like The Nightmare Man, Casting the Runes and the Louis Jourdan Dracula along the way!
We're pulling in as much non-Who British cult telly of the late 60's-mid 80's as we can manage, only here on Weird Scenes Inside the Goldmine!
Classic British Cult Television

Today and looking back on tv it is a sad view especially for children. Television and views that are children friendly, if all television viewing was children friendly there would not show a need for rated PG. Children can view all rating even rated R. The television world play ad's, commercials, movies and much more and leave the rating to choose up to parents.I strongly believe Hollywood should promote rated PG everything. But Money and rating are their strong holding.
