Welcome back to Lingraphica Radio! We’re excited to kick off our ASHA 2015 Blog Talk Radio series discussing each of our presentations at ASHA this year. We’ve done a lot of research lately and want to share it with all SLPs, not just those that can make it to ASHA in Denver.
In this episode, we’ll discuss combining teletherapy & online exercises to improve outcomes and increase engagement at an aphasia center that embraces the Life Participation Approach to aphasia (LPAA) with Dr. Richard Steele, Chief Scientist at Lingraphica.
If you are at ASHA this year, make sure to check out the full presentation with Dr. Richard Steele on Saturday, November 14th at 8:30am in room 113 at the Colorado Convention Center.
Join Jennifer M Hatfield, MHS,ccc/slp when she discusses the style and benefits of tele therapy/coaching. She will describe a typical session that walks you through each and every facet of this growing method of providing services to clients.
Be sure to join the discussion at our active communities on FB and Twitter too.
Do you want to work with Jennifer? Visit her website for more information.
Join us as we discuss the direction of Lingraphica in 2014 with Michele Hart-Henry, Vice President, Sales and Marketing. In the past year, Lingraphica has been focused on improving speech-generating devices for adults with aphasia, but changes in the industry and technological advancements have spurred a move towards online speech therapy, speech therapy apps, teletherapy and more. Hear all about what Lingraphica has to offer in the coming year and beyond to help people with aphasia reconnect with their family and friends.
