Tara Reed is the accidental writer from Toronto, Canada, not that chick from Sharknado. When her career in Public Relations was forced into hiatus by a jerky plot twist, she wrote the first in a series of interactive novels. When she received offers of single-and-multi book deals from top houses, she turned them down to publish it herself. Because she’s crazy.
She was voted Most Sarcastic Female at her high school prom, which she went to alone. (Not that she thinks about it.) She can fit her whole fist in her mouth (which makes the prom thing surprising), and sing with her mouth closed, but she can’t do both at the same time.
Her tweets on The Bachelor have been aired in a live broadcast and picked up by national media. She once appeared on the cover of a romance novel with her long time partner, who has done 79 more covers – with other women. She thinks that’s qualification enough to write this book.

Today's show looks at The Donald and his exchange with Univision reporter, Carly Fiornia's climb in the polls, the mystery of Ben Carson's success in the polls, Iran Deal, and the difficult problem of our gun culture and the ambiguity of "mentally unstable" in purchasing a firearm. Is gun legislation really going to address the issue of gun murders in our gun culture?
A disgruntled former employee of a Virginia TV station stalked and ambushed a news crew during a live interview Wednesday morning before opening fire, killing a reporter and photographer and wounding the woman being interviewed.
Vester Lee Flanagan II, 41, who went by the name Bryce Williams while working at the station, WDBJ, has been identified as the suspect. His name was initially reported as Lester Lee Flanagan.
Flanagan shot himself after being confronted by police, WHSV reports. He was taken to the hospital and died at about 1:25 p.m.
The gunman opened fire during a live interview with a member of the local Chamber of Commerce. Cameraman Adam Ward, 27, and reporter Alison Parker, 23, of WDBJ 7 TV, were killed. The woman being interviewed, Vicki Gardner, was also shot and wounded, the Roanoke Times reports. She is in surgery after being shot in the back. Gardner is the executive director at the Smith Mountain Lake Regional Chamber of Commerce.
He was later confronted by police in Fauquier County.

Description ~ We the Anunnaki - What Do The Annunaki Look Like?" - Panel: Janet, Sasha, Michael and Karen - Witnesses have seen these shape-shift, they have been depicted in ancient art as Humanoid, heroic god-like figures with bulging muscles and long curly hair, have been seen with animal heads, as reptilian, with fish tails, and bird feet. Some have seen them as dragon-like, or humanoids much larger than mere mortals, cuddling lions like beloved pets. Others have been depicted with elongated heads, or is that another species that have lorded it over humanity such as the royals of egypt. Are we talking about a multi-species incursion into the human story or shape-shifting multi-dimensionals? Our panel tackles the diversity and confusion, attempting to shed light on ancient mysteries.

We Carry the Light with Host Dr. Susan Allison-Love in Every Stitch with Lee Gant. On today's show, Lee Gant shares how knitting has saved someone from a life of drug addiction, has helped someone finally leave her house, and how knitting has helped a person transition through the stages of being blind. Some of the stories in Lee's book,Love in Every Stitch, will seem like miracles, and perhaps they are. Lee will share that knitting not only fosters self esteem, hope and healing, but it has the power to save lives. It is what saved Lee's life when she was at her lowest point. Knitting has transformed millions of lives, one stitch at a time.
Remapping Your Mind: The Neuroscience of Self-Transformation through Story - Dr. Lewis Mehl-Madrona & Barbara Mainguy. We are born into a world of stories that quickly shapes our behavior and development without our conscious awareness. By retelling our personal, family, and cultural narratives we can transform the patterns of our own lives as well as the patterns that shape our communities and the larger social worlds in which we interact. They detail mind-mapping and narrative therapy techniques that use story to change behavior patterns in ourselves, relationships, communities, explore studies that reveal how memory works through story, how the brain recalls things in narrative rather than lists, and how our stories modify our physiology and facilitate health or disease. Drawing on their decades of experience in narrative therapy, the authors examine the art of helping people to change their story, providing brain-mapping practices to discover your inner storyteller and test if the stories you are living are functional or dysfunctional, healing or destructive.
