Why #TalibKweli needs a history lesson

    in Current Events

Talib Kweli first tracked me down on Twitter because I asked him a question.  Then I said 'who are you?' I really didn't know, I didn't travel in his circles.  I jerked his chain and for the next 24 hours I was baraged by him (famous enough to do a gig in NZ) and his comrades for being racist.  Really?  I'm racist because.....I refused to subscribe to his social coercion that all whites contributed to structural racism just on the basis that they were born white.  Hell no, we won't go.  I shared with him articles I wrote on Michael Brown, Freddie Gray, etc.  I did not share with him the article I wrote on Tamir Rice but maybe I should have.  He was born to good parents but has dwindled into a menacing life of swearing, belittling and Black supremacy.  He's no Malcom X.  Malcom X had fortitude and dignity.

Tonight I will address his ridiculous form of bullying including his admissions that he has taken on the role of the male oppressor.  This was a fight I didn't need but will defend.

"A True Candidate Debate" on "A Muslim and A Catholic Wake Up In 'Merica"

    in Politics

Do you think what main stream media portrays as presidential candidates are true debates? If so, you are sorely mistaken. Those are press releases, and indoctrinations, at best. Either that or a way to fill up the Good Year Blimp, I am not quite sure which. Oh yeah, you’re right, filling the blimp full of hot air would have a purpose and be doing something useful, what the Presidential Candidates, and, mainstream media are doing is none of that.
Tuesday night at 8:00 pm EST/5:00 pm PST, Isa and his returning guest co-host Dawud Talib, will be conducting a true and real debate. Representatives from several of the major political parties will be there to discuss and debate the real issues of our day. Yes, I said several of the major political parties. Contrary to popular belief and, what mainstream media reports, there are more than just Democrats and Republicans vying to become President.
Catch A Muslim & A Catholic Wake Up In ‘Merica Tuesday nights on wakeupinmerica.com, jrevradio.com and Coffee Party USA Radio Network. 8:00 pm EST/5:00 pm PST

"Voting Against Your Interest" on "A Muslim and A Catholic Wake up In 'Merica"

    in Politics

In the co-pilot seat with Isa this week is a previous guest of A Muslim & A Catholic Wake Up In Merica, Dawud Talib.  Good thing Dawud is an experienced motorcyclist, those skills might be necessary to remain upright in the co-pilot seat.
Unlike many activists, who are only uneducated keyboard warriors or only do it for as long as they can get attention, Isa, Common Cal and Dawud have skin in the game and are actually taking action. On tonight’s episode Isa and Dawud explore and discuss Dawud’s battle with his local politicians, Muslims, among others, voting contrary to that of their best interests or even beliefs, and will attempt to do a better job at explaining Voluntaryism, Anarcho-Capitalism, and Anarchy in general.
Remember, you as the listener can always catch A Muslim & A Catholic Wake Up In ‘Merica, “LIVE” Tuesday nights, 8:00 pm EST/5:00 pm PST on wakeupinmerica, com, jrevradio.com or Coffee Party USA Radio Network.
