BREAKING AUDIO: COMMON CORE VIDEO #3
On this Thursday January 20th 2016, Negdog @negdog has Mitchell Nicholas Gerber. He is an Activist who has dedicated his life to expose and help stop the Most brutal persecution and Human rights atrocity in Modern history: The Forced Live Organ Harvesting of the Falun Gong spiritual movement; where up to 6 MILLION practitioners have been murdered since 1999 in China and more and more everyday for their organs. He leaves no name, and seeks no reward; all he wants is for people to know about this human rights violation and become aware and lend their support and consciousness to stopping this barbaric and inhumane atrocity that will soon leave the worlds’ people numb and soul stirred. To fail to support the Good and To fail to expose the Evil in this world is Unacceptable. Thus, we as human beings must have the courage to not remain silent, but to step forward and do what is Right!
1. What is Falun Gong, also known as Falun Dafa and what is it all About? And Why does this issue Affect people who have nothing to do with China?
2. Why was Falun Gong outlawed in China and why is it being brutally persecuted by the Chinese Regime?
3. Who has actually controlled China for the last 50+ years?
4. Who is the CCP (Chinese Communist Party) and why is it important for the West to know?
5. What is the Forced Organ Harvesting all about and why is this coined “a New Kind of evil that has not existed on this planet before?”
6. Where can people find more information about this atrocity; as well as the Evidence that confirms that this is actually truly going on?
7. What can people do to help?
8. Any Final words of Encouragement or Motivation for the listeners and viewers in this time today?
9. GOD BLESS.
Here at North Florida Writer Live we’re sure that the topic for Wednesday night is, at best, confusing to understand. But we’re fortunate to have our frequent guest, Meg Norris of Opt Out Georgia, bring us some exciting news about what is going on in Georgia to push for legislation to dramatically change the Common Core disaster that we see all over this great land. Meg also informed me about a businessman who has great knowledge of the real Cuba, Alex Gimenez, who will tell us about the plight of the poor Cuban people. An American by birth born to parents of Cuban and Argentinian descent, he is concerned about what we don’t know about Cuba. While we are opening doors and lifting the embargo against Cuba per the President’s executive actions, the Cuban people are living under an internal embargo courtesy of the Castro regime. The poor citizens basically own nothing and serve as serfs for the state. In the words of the late and great Paul Harvey, Alex brings “the rest of the story”.
Alex is the father of two grown children and he is also very concerned about the educational system here in America and in his hometown of Atlanta. So we’ll also get his take on Common Core and what a good businessman with international experience, not a crony-capitalist as a lapdog to the state, thinks about the process and what should be done about it.
It should be a great discussion. The show goes live Wednesday night at 7. You won’t want to miss this one. See you then.

I'm talking about "networking." Sure, I've been hearing all about networking for years. I've even used the word myself!
But when you get down to it, networking is cold, sterile… And it seems self-serving: one person trying to form a web of contacts whose sole purpose is to do something for him.
That's not how I want to do business.
. I think of it as "What can we do for each other and each other's communities?" instead of "What can you do for me?"
When I focus on these goals, deals follow. And when a deal is made between two people (notice I did not say two businesses) who have connected - as opposed to "networked" - money usually follows.
Making a connection does require a bit more "work" than simply shoving your business card at a potential client. But the extra money you can make and the new opportunities you can open up to your community are well worth the extra effort.
There was no "Hi, how are you?" Nice to see you again." Or even "How are your children?" It was just the typical "WIIFM" approach
My first thought was - do you really think this kind of behavior is conducive to me wanting to do business with you? But what I said was, "Yes, Sue, I received the email on Thursday. I left for LA (this event) on Monday. I was planning on returning your email later in the week."
This is a wonderful example of why many people do not end up with business from networking events. They have not mastered event etiquette. Nor have they discovered the best way to make lasting connections.

Tonight's special guest is Debby Washington Goodwin from Springdale, Arkansas, who'll be joined by her hubby, Mike T. (they are also perhaps better known as The Outlaw and The Lady). Debby is a mother who had to work through the rage, shame and guilt of discovering her only child's sexual abuse at the hands of her ex-husband. "A mother's worse nightmare!" she says. Mike tells me he's a survivor of childhood abuse that took its many forms by both his mother and his dad. The Outlaw and The Lady met in a Behavioral Hospital as patients. Upon discharge they dated, and married and have been given their strength and courage through sharing with others their life experiences while encouraging others to share theirs. Their mission dream is to give those that feel they have no hope with no voice through 'Keys To AWARENESS - Passionate About Compassion' on Facebook. Debby says, "We know first hand how the experiences of sexual, physical, and mental childhood abuse and how it can consume one throughout his/her entire life. We also know some do not physically survive it and for those we want to find and be their voice." Besides sharing on social media, they go out on the road to meet with clients, either as individuals or in seminars. Since their cause is centered on their own life experiences (child sexual child abuse and child abuse period), there's a lot they share only at their seminars. People privately will feel comfortable to share once they hear what The Outlaw and The Lady have been through. As Debby points out, "We're busy .. but that is a good kind of busy."
