TOMORROW TUESDAY JOIN former Jehovah's Witness, Melissa Bramer and Associate Pastor James Kocian of Living Hope Church, Green Bay, WI, as they reach an unreachable group "Former (EX) Jehovah's Witnesses" through Praise, Worship, Scripture, Q & A and taking live callers who want to share their stories and ask questions.
Do you carry one of these names? I know I did. Do you carry the weight and shame of this name? I know I did.
Are you rejected? I know “I Am". Are you shunned? I know “I Am.
”If the world hates you, you should realize that it hated me before you. John 15:18
Does the Church follow this guideline today? Is excommunication and shunning only practiced by groups such as the Amish or Jehovah’s Witnesses? What situations might elicit such an extreme action?

James 5:1-5 1 Now listen, you rich people, weep and wail because of the misery that is coming on you. 2 Your wealth has rotted, and moths have eaten your clothes. 3 Your gold and silver are corroded. Their corrosion will testify against you and eat your flesh like fire. You have hoarded wealth in the last days. 4 Look! The wages you failed to pay the workers who mowed your fields are crying out against you. The cries of the harvesters have reached the ears of the Lord Almighty. 5 You have lived on earth in luxury and self-indulgence. You have fattened yourselves in the day of slaughter.
I hear many conservative Christian leaders speak against the gays and the abortionist and the liberals but never against greed. Throughout the Bible, God calls us to fight against corruption, and to stand with the poor. The fight during this shutdown is such a fight and I look to scripture to make my choice. Many elected republicans used the Christian Evangelical vote to gain there seat and I think it is time they started earning that vote. If we believe ourselves to be Christian then we can't turn our back on scripture that is too difficult to put into practice. The people are crying out and they are being ignored by the very people who claim to love God. However, they don't love God or His people but they do love money.
Deut.24:14 Do not take advantage of a hired worker who is poor and needy, whether that worker is a fellow Israelite or a foreigner residing in one of your towns. 15 Pay them their wages each day before sunset, because they are poor and are counting on it. Otherwise they may cry to the LORD against you, and you will be guilty of sin. Prov. 14:20 The poor are shunned even by their neighbors, but the rich have many friends. Prov. 21:13 Whoever shuts their ears to the cry of the poor will also cry out and not be answered.

Greg was a former Kansas State Trooper, Kansas Marshall, and retired West Iron County instructor. Greg has been speaking and instructing civic groups across America and Canada for the past 25 years. His extensive experience in military matters and law enforcement gives him a rare insight into the emergence of the "seamless and all pervasive surveillance, enforcement, proactive rights curtailing entity that has nearly destroyed the U. S. Constitution and the separation of powers in the government."
"The time for debate is ending. The era of tyranny is well underway. Couple this with the exploding ISIS threat within America and the days of peace, safety and life is fine, leave me alone, are over,"
Within the next few weeks you will be witness to the most highly insulting and desperately misleading political campaigns ever seen by American citizens. It will be that way because in order to sell the presumed candidates, campaign officials and party leaders will blitz this nation with more horse dung than has EVER been thrown through the fan blades before.
How is it that 280 million legal American citizens (out of 304 million people living within our borders) can only produce the two present pitiful representatives from the dominant parties? Simple answer? Because this whole process has been pre-ordained, programmed and the outcome sealed before the campaigns ever began. If there is the slightest possibility that the directed outcome does not follow the script, then the computerized voting machines will be required to do what they were designed to do. CHEAT.
The parties have shunned, vilified, embarrassed, threatened and followed through on their internal efforts to squelch all opposition. They have stacked the decks on who is a delegate and made real choice impossible. to protect the “status quo” and allow the ultimate destiny of the United States to be fulfilled.
An old lady getting hit in the face with a basketball, a naked 40 yard dash straight into a car, Arod being shunned by the yankees on social media, the girl who was hit by a freight train because she was texting and Buzz Williams leaving his team mid huddle to help a student in a free throw competition, are all subjects.
Forgiving Maximo Rothman focuses on what happens when a man loses his faith in God, his religion and winds up a victim of a murder in Washington Heights. Meet Max Redmond/AKA Max Rothman and get to know this man. Hardnosed, difficult to deal with an estranged from his son, Max has few friends and even fewer that care about his death. But, when a young Dominican boy named Carlos is looking good for the murder Detective Tolya Kurchenko comes to his defense. Shalom Rothman is Max's son and as we get to know him and his relationship with his father and why they are estranged the author also explains Tolya's with his father. When two sons are shunned because of what they decided for their lives words are said and cannot be taken back. Before someone dies you hope to show forgiveness or forgive them. Learn what happens when it's too late. Spanning sixty five years and three continents, from Hitler's Europe to the decaying Societ Empire of the 70's and learning about the histoyr of Sosua, a Jewish settlement in the Jungles we understand why Rothman was so embittered, close to the Dominicans in his neighborhood and begin to see why he abandoned his faith.

Tonight's special guest is Mandy Smith from Portland, Oregon, a child abuse survivor, activist and writer. Her "Healing Beyond Survival" BLOG is excellent. As she says, "Any way that I can help spread awareness about abuse, count me in!" To this end she's reaching out to others, and joining the NAASCA family. But advocating for abuse victims wasn't Mandy's orginal goal. "Three years ago, I started out with a plan to write a story," she says, "a personal story about my childhood sexual abuse and it’s aftermath. By the time I had finished the first draft of my memoir, "Secrets In Big Sky Country" (due to be published in Sept 2015), I became aware that it wasn't just my story. There were many others out there with similar stories of abuse." Beginning at age three, Mandy was groomed and molested by her stepfather, the man whom she called "Daddy." At 14, when she broke the family's code of silence, she was shunned. As a young girl her search for acceptance led Mandy down a dark path where she incurred more abuse. When a brutal rape results in pregnancy, the deep love she felt for her unborn baby surprised Mandy. Plans took shape quickly for their new life together. Then, one final act of deception and betrayal by her parents sent Mandy into a four-decade-long abyss of depression, eating disorders and PTSD. But now she says, "My forthcoming memoir is the story of childhood abuse, betrayal and abandonment. But it doesn't end there. My journey has led me to a place of healing beyond survival. I especially hope that adults who were molested as children will read it and know they are not alone. I know that together, we can overcome the shame that comes from secret-keeping. Recovery and healing is possible!"

The "F" word should be shunned. The four letter word that we must reject is fear! Far to many people allow thier fear of something dictate their actions. And when we do, it becomes a habit. And all habits are learned. And when we choose to make decision out of fear we become less than we could. However, the good news is that since fear is learned, it can be unlearned. Or in otherwords, we can learn to take and act in confident manners. And when we do, we will learn new habits that will change our thinking and change our behavior. Because fear is a choice. We can either approach things from a place or fear or a place of confidence.
If you always ask yourself, "What is the absolutely best result I could achieve if I take this action.?" Start your thinking with the end in mind. Be bold and be more.
We will be discussing United Arab Emerits (UAE) recent designation of terrorist organizations, which includes CAIR (The Council on American-Islamic Relations). Yes, the UAE has designated CAIR a "TERRORIST" organization!! We will be speaking to a Counter Terrorism expert this evening.
Florida World Studies book indoctrinating our Middle School Children, as well as sanitizing Islam. We'll discuss quotes from the book such as: "Muhammad felt respect for Jews and Christians, who he called people of the book". Was that before or after he chopped the heads off males of Qurayza tribe?
We will also be discussing the ISIS beheading an American "Aid Worker" and former US Army Ranger. Following his military service Peter Kassig dedicated his life to help the the people of Syria, victims of the Syrian War. Yet Fundamental Islamists shunned that help, that assistance to fellow man and brutally killed Peter Kassig, beheading him, as their Prophet Mohammed would have done!

What is race? Is it only skin deep? Do all men come from Adam? Does race matter? Is it racist to love one's race above all others? Is the Bible universalist? What are the differences between the races - physically, intellectually, morally?
These questions are shunned in an egalitarian society which often puts to shame those who dare to ask them. But these questions are so very crucial - especially in this day and age, when talk of our racial identity is a matter of gagging in the media - especially for caucasians.
In this episode of The Pursuit of Truth, we will dare to take a deep look at racial issues from a scriptural standpoint and a social standpoint.
Join me, as we take on what is probably our most controversial subject so far: RACE MATTERS!
Here is a quote by a very well known historical figure on racial issues in America:
“I will say then that I am not, nor ever have been in favor of bringing about in anyway the social and political equality of the white and black races – that I am not nor ever have been in favor of making voters or jurors of negroes, nor of qualifying them to hold office, nor to intermarry with white people; and I will say in addition to this that there is a physical difference between the white and black races which I believe will forever forbid the two races living together on terms of social and political equality. And inasmuch as they cannot so live, while they do remain together there must be the position of superior and inferior, and I as much as any other man am in favor of having the superior position assigned to the white race. I say upon this occasion I do not perceive that because the white man is to have the superior position the negro should be denied everything.”
Who is this historical quote from? If you know it to be from Abraham Lincoln - you are right.
