Sharon McRill, Owner of The Betty Brigade, will be talking with Pete Thomas from The Biggest Loser about sticking to your fitness goals.
In November 2005, Pete Thomas walked away from the finale of NBC’s The Biggest Loser a winner - and a loser. He won $100,000 for losing the most weight of all the contestants that season. What he lostwas 185 pounds in only nine short months – most of which he lost at home after being “voted off” by the other contestants.
At his largest, Thomas tipped the scales at over 416lbs. As a child, Pete never learned about nutrition and exercise due to his transient lifestyle – a result of his mother’s serious mental illness. As a young child, he was left alone or with his younger sister— forced to find food wherever he could. Both Pete and his sister were put into foster care.

A reproof is a negative comment, reprimand, or rebuke.
The foundation and guide for the Christian life is the word of God. Within its vast wisdom we find the keys to salvation for every area of our life: spirit, soul and body. For a person to be solid in his beliefs about God, he must establish each belief on the Word.
It is also important for us to believe that the Bible is the inspired Word of God, carrying with it this promise for those who believe it:

Life is full of problems that seem to have no solutions. If there are, then why do we continue to struggle with the same old stuff. You hear the words Common Sense, just use good common sense, but if it was that simple then what is the problem? Do we lack common sense or is there no such thing. Politics, Religion, Relationships, Family, nothing is off the table because everything is effected by our decisions. Lets talk. Your voice matters and your opinion counts, but if you don't speak up you won't be heard and if your not heard, and understood then the problems won't go away on thier own.
