    Self-Sustained Protectorate: Rights, Privileges, Freedoms

    in Politics

In today's show I briefly cover some headlines in the media and give my take on them in regards to how a Self-Sustained Protectorate can deal justly and fairly with those issues. I also delve deeper into the differences between Common Law (Rights), Commercial Law (Privileges), and Freedoms (New Commonly Held Law). Under Common Law, a person has rights (rites of ordinances) which are generally recognized to mean that a person has a lawful ability to perform certain actions (such as defend their house, their own person, feed their family, travel unimpeded, etc.). Under Commercial Law, a person has privileges which are generally recognized to mean that a person has been granted legal authority from a commercial organization to perform certain actions (in the case of commercial law, the privilege of operating a vessel, business, or trade which requires licenses).Under the New Commonly Held Law, a person has freedoms that are generally recognized to mean that a person has a natural, God given, ability to perform any and every action, but whose actions are constantly subject to consequences by both natural and man made laws. Also, the New Commonly Held Law takes the good ideas from both Common and Commercial law and discards the bad ideas, such as the law can altered or changed for any reason or purpose. Just like natural law is unchangeable, so too is the New Commonly Held Law.

    Self-Sustained Protectorate: The Media Lies

    in Politics

On today's show, I'll discuss the ongoing story developing out of Ferguson MO, and give my take on the facts that have come out so far. I'll highlight how both the Alternative and Mainstream Media are getting their facts wrong on purpose. Media outlets practice something called 'yellow journalism'. The term 'yellow journalism' was coined near the beginning of the 20th century to refer to journalists who would write stories in such as way as to make them more tantalizing, fascinating, and appealing to certain audiences and demographics; and this was usually done at the expense of the truth. Yellow Journalism has become common practice in modern society, and as a result, all media outlets that advertise or take subscriptions divert the facts for their own benefit: in other words, they routinely practice deception in order to push their agenda. The same is happening with the story out of Ferguson MO, just like the Trayvon Martin case last year. In fact, this case is very similar to the Trayvon Martin case so much so that the family of Michael Brown has hired the same defense attorney the Martin's used.

The police officer (Darren Wilson) has now had his name dragged through mud. I predict that when all the facts are finally in plain view, that Officer Wilson will be found to have his actions justified through the State's self-defense laws. Wilson will likely not be able to return to duty as a police officer in Ferguson, however, since the Media is now responsible for ruining his and his family's life. Just like George Zimmerman, when Darren Wilson is found to be justified, he too can sue the Media for defamation and move to a different State. I predict that the Alternative Media and Mainstream Media outlets that continue to embroil the country in this ONGOING investigation. I hope you enjoy the show! -Adam.

Self-Sustained Protectorate: After the collapse, then what?

    in Politics

Welcome to today's show! Alternative media outlets frequently use the term "the collapse" as in "when the collapse happens", or "what will you do during the collapse?" I'll discuss what the term "collapse" means and what kind of collapse can be expected in the U.S. in the near future. I challenge the idea that gold and silver will actually be valuable during a collapse scenario (the reality is that gold and silver might have a chance at being valuable after the collapse as part of a recovery, but that is a slim chance). Food, fuel, clean water, and the other necessities of life will be far more valuable than precious metals that you can't eat or trade ( it might take all your precious metals to buy a little food) during a collapse. The reality is that gold and silver have been manipulated for thousands of years, so why would a gold backed monetary system be any less manipulated than the gold backed systems that were predecesors?

After a collapse, can people expect more of the same? Will another defunct government come into being, or will there be a chance at an SSP? I contend that an SSP can work and can last longer and provide more protections for individual freedom than any government can. Unlike government, an SSP puts all men and women on an equal footing, not favoring one person or group above another. Has the U.S. Constitution failed? I contend that it has failed, and today it is ceremonial in nature only. All three branches of the U.S. Government routinely disregard the U.S. Constitution because it is a failed document having been subverted long ago.

I'll also be taking calls and giving my take on some of the day's news.

    Thanks for listening!

    Self-Sustained Protectorate: Types of Law

    in Politics

In today's broadcast I discuss the two types of law found everywhere in the U.S., Common Law and Commercial law, and I break down their meaning and problems. I also discuss how an National SSP would handle an invading force (standing army or flood of immigrants) from another country, either through use of military action or through use of established law. Further discussion on how an SSP is organized in order to protect and ensure the maximum amount of freedom for all people.

    Self-Sustained Protectorate: Finances for Freedom

    in Politics

Welcome to the show! Today I'll be discussing the revamped ideas of finance for an SSP and how that financial mechanism will work. No central bank necessary, no gold or silver either. I'll go into detail about the meaning of the $Mark$ of the Beast and I will discuss little known details about how this $Mark$ will come about and how it will be used (finally, you will find out the truth about the $Mark$ of the Beast!) I may not get to it in the show today, but if there is time, I will also describe the differences between conspiracies and secret combinations.

Self-Sustained Protectorate: Government Not the Answer

    in Politics

In this episode, I discuss the fact that government in all its types and forms, is not necessary. A State is defined as a geographical area with set physical boundaries where a lot of people live. The power of a State is derived from the people. The authority of a State (authority meaning the way in which the power is controlled) does not have to be organized into a government, but can be organized into a self-sustained protectorate. The defining difference between a self-sustained protectorate and a government is the fact that a government utilizes a system of law that is changeable whereas an SSP utilizes a system of law that is unchangeable, unalterable, unamendable...it is permanent. Aruguments can be made for a system of changeable law being preferred over a system of unchangeable law, however arguments can also be made to show that changeable law enables and feeds corruption in all facets of society, and that when unchangeable law is devised, it need not be overly complex (think "keep it simple stupid") and open to every interpretation it presents. Thanks for listening, and since I do not subscribe to facebook or twitter, please tell your friends and family about my show. I'm working on getting a more consistent format with regular times and better sound quality. -Adam.

Self-Sustained Protectorate: How laws are changed.

    in Politics

Welcome to the show! On today's show, I'll discuss the further revelations in the case of Officer Darren Wilson and I'll also cover events taking place in Furgeson MO. The U.S. Attorney General's office has become involved and is conducting their own investigation as well as autopsy. Eric Holder has released a number of statements asking that the residents of Furgeson peacefully protest while the investigation continues. The Media's interference with the investigation makes it difficult for law enforcement to conduct a proper investigation in the respect that news stories could possibly taint witnesses testimony.

The medical examination of Darren Wilson shows that Wilson did in fact receive serious bodily injury at the hands of Michael Brown just moments before Wilson shot and killed Brown. Wilson was found to have a fractured eye socket from punches delivered by Brown. This physical evidence also seems to further corroborate Darren Wilson's version of events.

What's happening in Ferguson MO is important to the country and this show, because it is an example of how national tragedy or national influence is used to change or alter laws. Already there is talk of mandating that all law enforcement officers be required to use body cameras. Civil rights laws are being reviewed and could change as a result of the investigation. However, the results of this case may not matter so far as laws being changed go since all it takes is political pressure which is often stirred up by inaccurate media reports.

I've spoken before on how laws are changed, and the mechanism for how they are changed. Laws are changed through political pressure that is put onto the legislative body of a government. Even though the U.S. is not a democracy, it's the loudest voices and the largest money that get the ear of the government so far as to change or create new laws.

    Please enjoy the show! -Adam

Self-Sustained Protectorate: Untrue Conspiracy Theories Part 1

    in Politics

Welcome to the show! On today's show I first discuss the ongoing developments out of Ferguson Missouri. I'll briefly discuss the difference between a Democracy and a Republic, and why out of the 5 forms of government, Democracies are the second worst and closely resemble Anarchy.

I promise to keep the audience up to date on developments out of Ferguson as the investigation draws to a close and Missouri's judicial system begins to try the facts of the case.

The title of this show should give away, however, that I will spend the bulk of the show speaking on conspiracy theories in the Alternative Media that simply are not true. This will be Part 1 in a series of shows that aims at brining out the truth in regards to these conspiracy theories. Over the course of the series, I'll be discussing some well known conspiracy theories such as Chemtrails, UFO's, Aliens controlling government (think reptilians...), and several others that are simply not true. I will point to the fact that there is no real evidence that is ever provided to show that these theories hold any weight. Deception is used regularly by Media outlets, both Mainstream and Alternative, in order to garner an audience to sell books, ads, and products as a business model. Masses of people are able to be easily duped into believing things without ever having seen any of these things. Remember, unlike religion, conspiracy theories do not require a person to believe without having seen. In other words, should conspiracy theories be believed without any actual evidence?? In a court setting where the defense and the prosecution provide facts and evidence so that a judge or jury may properly weigh the facts and determine the case, would it be fair if only the prosecution was able to speak or provide evidence?? Many times in the Media, all that is given is one side of the story.

I hope you enjoy the show! -Adam.

Self-Sustained Protectorate: The Militarization of Western Society

    in Politics

Welcome to the show! After a brief hiatus, I'm back! On today's show I discuss the famous quote of outgoing President Dwight D. Eisenhower about the impending consequences of a military industrial complex. The reality is that Western society had long been militarized before the 1950's. Commercial law is born out of the law of the seas, or maritime law which falls under admirality jurisdiction where the Admiral (or Captain of a ship) has full control over that ship and is the C(E)O of that vessel or corporation. The United States Government has been incorporated since at least 1933, again thanks to the Emergency Banking Act of 1933. Since that time Congress has acted under the authority of the infamous Commerce Clause to the U.S. Constitution, having its power limited and controlled via bankruptcy to the Federal Reserve Bank, a privately owned foreign corporation. The nation lives and operates off of Commercial Law via U.S. Code, and just like the Uniform Code of Military Justice, the U.S. Code is martial in its effects. Commercial Law attempts to regulate everything, just as a military commander uses micro-management to control and command his troops, so to does Commercial Law micro-manage the populace.

I also discuss how misconceptions and deceptions from the Media (both mainstream and alternative) have mischaracterized the events that have taken place in Ferguson MO. The police have been cast in a light of militarized "thugs" thanks to the deciet of the Media. Of course the reasons why police have the equipment they have today is due to the militarization of our society where joe schmo public can purchase a fully automatic assault rifle, given enough money, time, and licenses. We live in an era of home made bombs and mass shootings. Although crime in the U.S. is less than other countries, it is still greater than in others. The police must deal with the reality of a militarized society.

Self-Sustained Protectorate: Conspiracy and Mark of the Beast

    in Politics

Welcome to the show! Today I'll be reiterating the difference between conspiracies and secret combinations. I'll delve further into the mark (currency) of the beast mentioned in Revelations 13.

A conspiracy is simply a meeting between two or more people that is held out of public view or without the public's knowledge. A conspiracy is as simple as a parent teacher conference, or an appointment with your doctor. Society is built upon innocent conspiracies such as a father speaking with his spouse about the performance of their children. However, unlike a conspiracy, a SECRET COMBINATION is a conspiracy that is not innocent in its intents, but is done in order to produce harm for some sort of gain. An example of a secret combination is when a person meets with a hit man to request a hit on another person. Another example of a secret combination is when a corporate board meeting discusses ways to cheapen products in order to make more money while putting consumers' well being at risk. In our society, it is important to understand the distinction between a conspiracy and a secret combination.

The first beast mentioned in Revelation 13 is a succession of empires that have been bound together in purpose by a long lasting secret combination. The second beast is also a succession of empires that are bound together in purpose by a similar secret combination, and that secret combination is at work throughout the world today and is upheld by the elites of society around the globe. The mark, or currency, of the second beast is the control mechanism by which this secret combination seeks to exercise rule and authority over the whole world. It is a worldwide secret combination whose goal is to overthrow the freedom of all lands and people, and to bring each country into debt bondage via the mark of the beast.

Self-Sustained Protectorate: Is an SSP a Police State?

    in Politics

On today's show I briefly cover some of the news coming out of the Missouri riots and give my take on it. Alternative media outlets frequently use the term "police state" without providing an actual description of what a police state is. I provide an accurate description of what a police state is, and I will let you decide whether or not the U.S. is a police state. My opinion is that it is not a police state since the people continue to enjoy more freedoms than 98% of other countries on the face of the planet. The U.S. still allows for the private ownership of weapons, even fully automatic weapons (although they are expensive and licenses are difficult to get) whereas many other westernized and eastern countries do not allow their populations to own any sort of firearms. The general population of the U.S. still has the ability to travel freely by whatever means they can, whereas in a police state (think North Korea) mobility and travel are highly restricted.

Although I do not believe that the U.S. is a police state (even though it could potentially end up that way at some point in the future), I will say that the U.S. is a surveillance state where every word typed into a web page, or every text message or phone call, e-mail is tracked, traced, recorded, stored, and warehoused by the U.S. Government. Thanks to the revelations of Edward Snowden, we know that this show you are listening to is subject to recording and monitoring via the NSA.

Another point frequently glossed over by the alternative media is the consideration of the police in the U.S. as being "militarized". Keep in mind, many media hosts have never served a day in either law enforcement, the military, or both. I'll go more into detail and ask the hard questions that the media ignores in regards to the police throughout the U.S. Just imagine yourself put in their shoes on the thin blue line.

    Thanks for listening in!
