Getting Under Your Skin. The color of our skin color, bi-racial, tri-racial or full blood, what does this mean in our physical, mental, emotional and spiritual lives? How do you learn to love and accept yourself when others in your own family or tribal Nation do not accept you? Talking about how we love and accept ourselves is a very important conversation to discuss as we heal barriers, and traumas to our soul growth.

Thousands of women suffer from domestic violence in silence. For a time Genna Sapa Ruffin was one of them until she chose to bring her twisted and painful journey to the forefront to find healing and to help abused women who were like her.
The Younger Days
Genna’s early memories weren’t all rosy and nice. Even when she was young, she was already surrounded by a lot of pain and abuse, as she was raised by an alcoholic mother. By the time she was four, her parents divorced, which somehow made her feel abandoned while growing up. It didn’t take a while before all these different types of abuse and suffering pile up and affect her overall character.

Chief Golden Light Eagle's book "Maka Wicahpi Wicohan" is a book of Universal and Spiritual Laws of Creation. The Universal Laws and the Spiritual Laws came into existence through the thought of the Creator: in the creation of the Universe as you would know them. Star Laws are encoding. These Laws are memory and encoding that is within the energies of Mother Earth, the energies within your physical body, the energies of realms that are beyond the beyond the beyond-beyond your understanding. Beyond all things is where you will find the beginnings of these Laws as you would understand them to be symbols as well.
