    Super Duper Bowl L

    in Football

After all of the hype and hoopla dies down in Cali, Jay and Dre are here to get into the meat and potatoes of the actual Big Game.  Peyton Manning's HGH chicken parm, Cam Newton's racial politics and polarizing personality, Peyton's possible last game, Josh Norman and Carolina's edgy and possibly dirty defense--put all the storylines aside.  It comes down to the AFC champion Broncos versus the favored NFC champion Panthers.  Though Dre has already clinched the picks title, the boys will break down the 50th annual Super Bowl and cut through the BS In Much Less Detail to decide: Denver or Carolina...WHO YA GOT???

    Liberation from Stress

    in Motivation

Counselor Mandy (Eppley) Bird speaks with author and coach Chris Saade about the importance of liberating ourselves from stress. This is critical because of the proven medical research that stress is linked to many illnesses and diseases. Mandy and Chris cover three aspects of stress: Stress of Dissemination, Profound Stress, and Failure Stress. They offer practical tools for liberating ourselves from each of these types of stress. Stress of Dissemination is when we are doing too much – trying to meet everyone’s needs. Instead, we must focus on the essential needs that must to be met. Profound Stress is when we are involved in work, projects, organizations, etc. that are opposite to our authentic nature. When we are not in harmony with ourselves, the cost is very high. When we are aligned with our heart and our authenticity we have the best chance for good health. Failure Stress is when we are not accepting our humanity and are fighting against the authenticity of life itself. Creativity happens through waves of failures and successes. Thus, we must have both of these. Failures are guiding stars to our successes. The good news is that when we liberate ourselves from stress we can experience much more joy and pleasure!

Chris Saâde is the co-director of The Olive Branch Center with his wife, Jessie Thompson, where he teaches courses on engaged spirituality. He has lead more than 200 psychological and spiritual retreats, and continues to serve as a personal Coach for individuals and couples. Chris worked as a licensed psychotherapist for 11 years in private practice specializing in depression and life transitions before migrating into the world of coaching, writing and teaching. He has written 2 books, 2nd Wave Spirituality: Passion for Peace, Passion for Justice and Prayers for Peace and Justice and 2 recordings with Andrew Harvey. www.theolivebranch.net

RA: Vacina contra febre amarela está a ser comercializado a 2 mil kzs em Viana

    in Radio

What Are Your Children Doing??

    in Culture

What do you think about homeschooling? Do you know what your children are learning in class? Are you paying attention to what games they play and shows they watch? Do you listen to your children? Do you know their interests, their friends, their challenges? The concept of children being at odds with their parents is a western concept that is foreign to melanated people everywhere. However, we've been acclamated by enslavement, social engineering, media hypnotism, religious programming...until we raise our children like potential enemies. But there are some beautiful examples of our strong families as well. What does it take for a family to be connected and cooperative in modern society? We'll talk most about what challenges our children are facing, and how we can support them.

The ROAD TO RECOVERY Hosted by Daniel Czuba - Let's REVIEW THE 12 STEPS...

    in Radio

...On life's terms. Before I found recovery - I was a lost soul - striking out at others - often those I perceived as "WEAKER THAN MYSELF" - inflicting torment and pain on others - oftentimes when it was most convenient to what my wants or needs appeared to be - to me.  LOOKING BACK at my Behavior today - I was ashamed of my actions and the thinking that was behind my actions. THUS identifying these actions is the first step in cleaning up the mess that I made in my past life - learning how to make amends - and forgive myself was another thing. CAN YOU RELATE? Well if you can - even in the slightest of manners, perhaps you may want to tune in as I speak candidly about my life - sharing what is called my - EXPERIENCE - STRENGTH - & HOPE. As our theme song says, "YOU ARE NOT ALONE" nor do you ever again have to be. Sharing your recovery with others like myself is what makes our recovery work. If you too want to find relief from an addiction - you may want to tune in to our show - every Sunday evening from 7 to 9 PM CST (Central Standard Time) and either listen in or join our candid conversation as we review what life was like - what happened to get us to face our addictions and what life is like now that we work active programs in recovery on a daily basis. OUR LIVE CALL-IN NUMBER IS 323-580-5755 or you can email me - the Host of this program - Daniel Czuba - at daniel@daare.com. I am available during the week when we are not on the air - to offer any assistance or just lend an ear - in an effort to help you or a loved one out. My direct number is 1-800-427-5968 ( 1-800-I-ASK-YOU ). OR just tune us in every Sunday evening - as we welcome different guests to join us - maybe even you!
