Welcome to another 720 Show. Tonight we will discuss the revitalization of Detroit and how it is an investors and entrepreneurs heaven. We will discuss some of the unique business opportunities that exist in Detroit, and how entrepreneurs can take advantage of them. We will also discuss the various industries that could possibly rebuild the city itself, i.e. real estate, film & tv, sustainability and much more. Last but not least we will discuss how Black Small Businesses can ensure they are apart of the revitalization process of Detroit and capitlize on this huge investment and entrepreneurial opportunity.
Pervasive blight, crime, neglected school systems, and bankruptcy...terms that have all been used to describe the condition of Detroit, MI. Once the Mecca of the American automotive industry, where French architecture was as common as the Coney Island restaurants speckled across the city, where the sound of 'Motown' left its mark on history, and where the prosperous middle class owned homes with yards and nice cars...Detroit, the history rich city that serves as the poster child for a nation in turmoil. However, the city is seeing a revitalization much like the progressive metropolitan cities many people have flocked to. Where there once was dilapidated and long forgotten factories now stands lofts and condos that rent for thousands of dollars per month. Entrepreneurs are flocking to the city and the onset of promising businesses is spreading like wild fire, Foreign investors are buying Detroit homes in bulk, and J.P. Morgan has agreed to invest $100 million dollars over 5 years into the city....is this the reset button Detroit has been longing for? How long will it take to see a complete revitalization of Detroit? Are you willing to invest? Join us as we discuss the revitalization of Detroit with Private Banker, Jason Tinsley of J.P. Morgan...

This show is all about the power of tapping to help reduce and even eliminate anxiety in everyday life. This show brings to the surface the feelings of ‘not-good-enoughness’ as I call it and accepting and transcending those negative emotions in order to create a more balanced life. It is all about accepting the dark with the light, the negativity alongside the positivity. We will look into how tapping helps bring awareness into the present moment, so that you can live fully in the Now moment. We will also discuss many more anxiety coping techniques in order to retrain the mind into believing what we tell it to. This is an inclusive process, binding spirituality along with the mind, for they are not exclusive. Therefore, join me for this show, because I hope it will change the way you look at anxiety, depression and any type of malaise with compassion and empathy, instead of in victimization-mode. So, join me for this show, because I hope it will shed a light into the human condition….

Work Life Balance is not a trend, it's a lifestyle - Deb Crowe
As the CEO of a successful medical case management practice for 23 years, Deb recognized the growing need for further supports for professionals and families dealing with catastrophic illnesses and the need for stress management. Leading with this new vision, I have evolved into a Work Life Balance Specialist and I've created a model for revitalization, stress management and leadership success.
A very special young boy that Deb had provided medical case management for a number of years named her “Mama Deb” after his third neurosurgery. As I sat in the recovery room with his mother, it truly was an ‘aha’ moment for Deb and she pondered that one day I would use "Mama Deb" for good purposes in a truly pay-it-forward way. Mama Deb was brought to the world in March 2013 and has not looked back. Through coaching, mentoring, speaking engagements, blogging and being true to who she was meant to be, the feeling of being and knowing you're in the right place is quite calming. It absolutely feels right says Deb.
Deb provides coaching to women, men and couples and absolutely enjoys working with companies (small to large) to assist with their EAP programs to reduce and eliminate short-term disability claims and get balance back to employees and be the mediator between the employer and employee.
Deb's ultimate goal is to get ahead of the curve and educate employers about the importance of work life balance so that employees do not become so stressed, receive a medical diagnosis and go off work on short-term disability. She is ready to shift a culture with respect to work life balance.
Deb lives in Canada and works with clients across the globe. She is knowny by many as the 'go to' for work life balance. Her website is www.mamadeb.com.
