Los Angeles has not had NFL football since 1994. The Rams and Raiders both moved after that 1994 season, and now they are looking to go back. The San Diego Chargers played their first professional season in Los Angeles. After one season the Chargers bolted to San Diego.
All three teams submitted their applications for relocation and await a vote from the owners. For relocation to be approved, 24 of 32 NFL owners must agree. It is highly unlikely that all three applications for relocation will be approved. There is speculation that two of the current teams could share the bill for a new stadium. Currently, the New York Giants and New York Jets share Met Life Stadium. That scenario would most likely involve the Raiders and Chargers.
Stan Kroenke, the owner of the Rams, has proposed a $1.86 billion stadium in Inglewood, CA. This could give the Rams an inside advantage because Kroenke is being proactive in the buidling of a new stadium.
As Los Angeles celebrates the idea of NFL football returning, how do the fans in the three cities feel about their team leaving? What if there team is denied relocation? Will the fans still have the same loyalty to the team? If you are a fan of the Raiders, Chargers, or Rams call the show with your thoughts.

Week 15 is here. It might be last man standing. And I am not talking about the fantasy game.
More big injuries – that could really change things.
We’ll break down the big ones.
However, I think we’re beginning to see the outline of who will be in and who won’t.
Does the NFL need to revamp the playoff seedings and keep 7-9 or 6-10 teams out?
Are football fans in Phoenix deserving of Cards? Some other twists in the LA relocation story involving the Rams.
And the Johnny Manziel media-bias show continues on ESPN.
And what got into the Raiders last week. Who are those guys?
As always our expert is Eric Snyder. He is the author of a book on the Raiders and Raider Nation. You can hear him on the Power Hour on 1340 Fox Sports Radio in Las Vegas.
Boychic, good morning.
Let’s start with the injuries. Is Andy Dalton the biggest loss?
Time for Pretender-Contender. First Broncos?
So who goes to the conference championships?
We will have our picks. We’ll tell you how we did last week. And we will talk about the whackiness of the first round.
We’ll discuss the fall-out of the Bengals black eye.
And how did Belichick get his black eye?
Plus, LA has the Rams. Maybe the Chargers. We will give you the latest. You will hear out takes on the big moves or non-moves.
Coaching spots are filling up. We see a pattern. And does this mean the end of the Manziel era in Cleveland?
Eric Snyder is the author of a book on the Raiders and Raider Nation. You can hear him on the Power Hour on 1340 Fox Sports Radio in Las Vegas.
On Saturday, Chiefs at Patriots at 4:30 Eastern on CBS. I still have Pats at home. You?
Saturday night’s late game is Packers at the Cardinals on NBC. I have the Cards, but the Pack and Aaron Rodgers found something last week so they won’t be rolled over. Who you got?
On Sunday early, Seahawks at Panthers on Fox. Marshawn Lynch might be the key. He is expected to play, but Panthers D is tough. Seahawks are lucky to be here after the missed Field Goal. I am picking Panthers. Who you got?
On Sunday, Steelers at Broncos at 4:40 Eastern on CBS. Even if Big Ben and Antonio Brown play, I still have the Broncos soundly winning. The Broncos Defense is too strong. So I got the Broncos. Where are you?
We'll kick off this week's show a bit later at 9:00 PM ET. We'' be joined by the Buffalo Bad Boy Pete Tasca. Join Professor Bougie Girl as she discusses Coping With The Relocation Blues.
Today we will be talking about two things. Relocation, as in, moving somewhere else...or else an internal shift of great enough proportions to move us profoundly in our lives--as though we had relocated physically.
The other thing we will be discussing is bilocation, or being in more than one place at a time. This is possible through remote viewing.
Come have a listen as Lois talks about both these topics today. Please call in if you have questions!
