SORT BY Relevancy
When we talk about regret, it is often related to making a mistake or what we perceive as a mistake. It is never taking into account that without that mistake, we may have never changed our ways or re-directed ourselves to the person that we are today. Regret is seen as a bad thing and in most cases it may be but it is only true when we allow this emotion or any other emotion to gain the power over us and force us to make decisions and act in a way that within our very souls we know are contrary to who we really are. Regret can appear in a variety of ways and many of which we fail to even recognize as regret. We see it sometimes as just one of those days or maybe we call it a phase but if we were to honestly think back before that phase or one of those days feeling manifested, I am sure we will find that prior to them we had taken a walk down memory lane.

Teens Never Talk About
I regret hurting you by hurting myself.
I regret never telling anyone about the molestation.
I regret that I lied to the only love I've ever had
I regret deciding what I wanted to be at a young age.
"I regret losing my virginity in a car in an empty parking lot.
I regret that I have lived my life in such a way that my mother loves me more than anything, and yet does not like me at all.
If you could start your life over, what would you do differently?
Can you delete your past and start over? Before you can enjoy the quality of life that is eluding you now, you have to free yourself from the chains of regret.
Start with baby steps...the first person to forgive is yourself. The English Poet, Alexander Pope wrote "To err is human, to forgive is divine." Regrets are a natural part of life. Regrets aren't reasons to beat yourself up, but are experiences to learn from. When you're involved in an argument or yelling at a spouse or avoiding a pal's phone call, DON'T DWELL ON IT. Identify how your behavior esculated out of control and apologize.
Men demonstrate love...etc.
Most common regret involves...etc.
You're not alone...etc.
Love is unconditional...etc.

Don't regret regret
We're taught to try to live life without regret. But why? Using her own tattoo as an example, Kathryn Schulz makes a powerful and moving case for embracing our regrets. Regret does not remind us we did it badly. It reminds us we know we can better! "Things without all remedy should be without regard; what's done is done." And it seems like kind of an admirable philosophy at first -- something we might all agree to sign onto ... until I tell you who said it............listen in
Patience and waiting are so important to prevent doing something you regret by being impatient. We have heard it many times over when we do readings with our clients, that it is very difficult to be patient, especially when you are waiting for something you really REALLY want. We agree! However, when you become impatient and feel a need to take action, you can actually push that thing you want so badly further and further away from you!! During our broadcast we will discuss why waiting and patience are so important, especially when it comes to matters of the heart. When we are in an emotional state we are not thinking logically. We want something and we want it NOW!! Remember Veruka Salt from Willy Wonka and how she wanted everything NOW? Well, she went right down the garbage shoot!
