Do you ever feel like you deserted yourself a long time ago due to your inner fears of not measuring up to your true potential? The Soul always lets the body know when it doesn’t feel as though you are living up to its potential, because the Soul is limitless and bountiful, so being anything other than that gives the Soul pain and that quickly becomes the pain body that we talk so much about on this show. This is where balance comes in. After many years of going through my depression and mental pain for about a decade, in fact, for me it is more like my entire life—from birth, LITERALLY! I realized that balancing life really is an art form. Life requires energy to manifest whatever it is that you desire to create in your life and balancing things like work, playing with your pet, time for your hobbies, favorite TV programs, time with friends and family all takes knowing the art of BALANCE. In this show, we will discuss how to balance your life, from the physical to the metaphysical to the emotional. We will ask the question: ‘When can I know when there is too much on my plate?’ in regards to everyday life, as well as the question: ‘Can the brain get overloaded with too much information, and how can we ease the mind from overdoing it?’ We will also go into the reason we are here on this Earth—to create—and as creative beings, when is the right time/how much time do we need for rest and relaxation in order to stabilize our bodies in order to go back to creating in our every day experiences. Finally, we will discuss various ways in which to balance our spiritual needs with our physical needs in order to continue ascending into the light that is where our true Home is—and ultimately where our Soul dwells in eternity.
