A fascinating documentary on Mercola site exposes the corruption of the cancer industry and the extreme measures they will undertake to discredit, imprison, and professionally destroy any physician who treats cancer patients naturally. One million Americans are diagnosed with cancer every year, and one person of every three will be diagnosed with cancer in their lifetimes; two of every three will die from their cancer within five years. The average cancer patient spends $50,000 fighting the disease, making the cancer industry a 50 billion dollar per year industry; the medical monopoly is not motivated to find a cure when treatment it is so lucrative. Many natural treatments have been used successfully with cancer, but the treatments are hushed, buried, and kept out of public view with smear campaigns funded by the medical cartel. My top 12 cancer prevention strategies are listed, including specific tips for eating, sleeping, exercising and managing stress.A recent ARTICLE shows how the FDA hides important safety information when it uncovers scientific misconduct in clinical trials of pharmaceutical drugs. The names of the drugs and the company responsible for the misconduct are concealed, journal citations are left uncorrected, and claims made on drugs’ labels are left unchanged even after it’s known that they were based on bad science.According to the author, “The FDA knows about dozens of scientific papers floating about whose data are questionable—and has said nothing, leaving physicians and medical researchers completely unaware.” The author notes that these aren’t isolated incidents, but part of routine behavior by the FDA to shield Big Pharma from unwelcome scrutiny.

Fictional cases created by DA investigators, Kirk Bunch ,Steve Jacobson, Sheriff Adam Christianson, DA Birgit Fladager, are then prosecuted by the DA’s office is bad for, Stanislaus County and its nine cities.
The Frank Carson case is bringing national attention to law enforcement in Stanislaus County, and when he wins his sixth and most important case, the national attention will be disastrous.
Who will want to come to Modesto to face massive civil rights violations by law enforcement, while failing to devote their energies to legitimate crime.
Fladager, her investsigators, and Christianson are bad for business.
Civil rights violations in Stanislaus County are becoming rampant. The District Attorney’s Office prosecutorial abuse is all too evident.
On August 11 the trial of DA investigator Steve Jacobson was continued by Judge Mayhew without prior consultation with the plaintiff Frank Carson.
On August 14 Frank Carson was arrested at his home and is now at the safety center. We will have more information as it becomes available.
In the recent past. Defense attorney Carson has handed the District Attorney’s Office three embarrassing defeats.
He has successfully defended former Mayor and candidate for mayor Carmen Sabatino.
He successfully defended AJ Pontillo in a bail bonds trial after an eight year investigation and a six-month trial chief deputy DA Dave Harris was embarrassed.
He successfully defended Frank Drummond an instructor at M JC and former policeman.
The arrest of Frank Carson signals, at last, major reform of political prosecutions and other prosecutorial abuses.
Since the Michael Brown there is the call for the use of police cameras by police departments around the country. Many departments have heard the outcry and are responding by moving either forward or in the direction of arming their officers with theses devices. Many grass root civic movements have been created such as Black Lives Matter that have spread across the country. But despite theses improved there continued to be death associated with police misconduct. The death of Freddy Gray in Baltimore, where 6 officers where indicted, the murder of Walker Scott in South Carolina where the officer was charged with murder, the killing and murder of Sam DuBose, who was shot by an officer wearing a body cam, that lead to his arrest. In the Walker Scott,Christian Taylor and Sam DuBose video of the incidents brought out the real truth of the what occurred and police misconduct occurred. Where do we go from here? A report by Killed By Police on Facebook has reported 693 police killings since the beginning of 2015, based on new reports that have been collected through various news organizations. The real question how many indictments have come from police misconduct?

Freddie Gray and more.
The problem with all these cases and more is the dead were all unarmed when they were killed. Is this a disturbing new trend? Or has this always been going on? Le't get ready to dig in!
Lamont Banks, Sam Thurman, Cliff Stewart, and Lisa Stewart of the Colorado exoneration firm A Just Cause, discuss what happens when the wheels of justice trample unbridled over the rights of innocent Americans.
Although the American system of justice is the most-respected worldwide, it is still a system designed, and operated, by humans, which means it's not perfect.
A Just Cause is currently campaigning for "FreeTheIRP6," who's been wrongly imprisoned in Florence, CO for a crime they didn't commit. Read full story: www.freetheirp6.org.

Burt, Greg and Casey will discuss the United States Code Title 5 Section 702, the Right of Review. The right of review can help you challenge the actions of government officials when they step outside of their official duties and jurisdiction. The action for the Right of Review is an invaluable tool that will serve you in any case of official misconduct. We will discuss the outline of the elements needed and the philosophy behind the use of the tool.
We look forward to questions and comments about our presentation each and every week, while appreciating the opportunity to express our views in our attempt to know the basis of the legal system in all its right and wrong applications.
