Currently, there are approximately 2.4 million Americans incarcerated in state and federal prisons and jails. This staggering number doubles when the number of individuals on probation and parole are added. Efforts of individuals such as Russell Simmons, Dr. Boyce Watkins, President Barack Obama, and the #Cut50 movement have brought attention to the disparate sentencing guidelines, commercialism of the prison system, and various other factors that have proliferated the incarcerated population.
On No-Tea with Chrita and Cryss we will discuss the current prison sentencing guidelines, the efforts of President Barack Obama and others to reform the current system, and examine the future of prison reform in this country. Please feel free to call in and share your thoughts at (646) 668-2620.
In this episode I talk to Lily Earthling who is just an average human that reconnected to Gaia (Mother Earth). This connection has helped her to communicate with Mother Earth directly through feelings that are them transformed into messages.
She has incredible insights into the true reality we live in and how we can all do exactly the same. These insights will help you to realise who we truly are and the power we all have to change this Earthly experience.
Let's talk about how often we and our husbands write each other. How important is it to get that letter in your mailbox? What about him, does he crave to get a letter daily? We will also talk about how best to preserve and organize your letters, maybe one day you'll have a beautiful love story book or a worst relationship ever book when it's all said and done. So see you then to talk all about our prison letters.
In the beginning....... Today's episode reveals to the world the unlikely and private relationship between Hector, a Latino prisoner in solitary confinement in a Texas penitentiary, and Dianna, a woman in Canada who devoted the greater part of her life to finding inner freedom. This series begins with the first letters that were exchanged between Hector and Dianna, which I am going to read on air.
It's private, it's personal, Whether you have been to prison, know someone in prison, or you have nothing to do with prison or prisoners, there are deep messages in this series that everyone can relate to.
Be sure to send me your comments and any questions you have. Maybe I will answer them on air. If you feel stuck in the areas of love, health or relationships, let's start a conversation to get you unstuck.
