Can we discuss what if takes to lead the way nowaday preparing or continuing the legacies of those before us. They did their part and I believe that the next steps are defining for us as leaders. Let's make the sacrifice and send our monies to the hosting cities for workshops to be done and we who live in states away listen or attend by shared meeting videos. It can be done. How many states are ready to llead by keeping the monies in house to begin building hotels, retreat centers, ranches and farming areas. We are ready, willing and capable as I talk with many throughout the country. Let's do this, Inshaa Allah!!!!!!
While spiritual leadership involves many of the same principles as general leadership, spiritual leadership has certain distinctive qualities that must be understood and practiced if spirit-ual leaders are to be successful.
What kind of perspective must a leader have to place high value on these kinds of strategies? Jesus was not a manager. His primary role was to function as a spiritual leader.
Spiritual leaders influence more than they direct, and they inspire more than they instruct. They intuitively recognize that they are serving something—and Someone—larger than themselves and their own objectives.
