Curtis Clinton is a real true one of you Presidential Candidate

    in Elections

Money & Name Recognition, no matter how bad the name, Buys the Presidency Once again: are you going to stand for it or just sit down and let it happen. I always think of a better way to do things. It works, but i seldom to never get any takers. Is this because my ideas are bad, too hard, too honest? My ideas are real, cost efficient, honest as the mass of our Sun. The problem which i face is the problem of stucknes. Stuckness is a word meaning: 1.) 'we have been doing this for years' - WE HAVE 2 POLITICAL PARTIES WHICH GOVERNN OUR COUNTRY FOR BETTER OR WORSE; 2.) 'now is not the time for change, we are in the middle of something' - THE AFFORDABLE HEALTH CARE ACT IS WORKING FOR 30,000 Americans - - not 100,000 or 400,000; 3,) 'we are doing good' - OUR UNENPLOYMENT IS DOWN TO 4.9% - -WE DON'T COUNT EVERYONE WHO IS UN-EMPLOYED, JUST THOSE Americans WHO STILL CAN FILE FOR UNEMPLOYMENT INSURANCE; 5.) 'what is your pro-fession, how much experience do you have, do you have a degree, where did you go to school, how long have you been working' - I AM UNEMPLOYED, I HAVE A BS & MBA WITH 30+ CREDITS IN ACCOUNTING with TAXATION,  I GRAD-UATED FROM ST. FRANCIS COLLEGE - - not big enough for you, never heard of it, does it help that I was drafted during college and did my active duty doing college in less than 4 years.. My idea for a political free White House is exquisite and affordable. It reminds me of new nation finding its way. Can you find your way away from 2 Political Parties separating us from each other, setting up walls between us, tearing our nation apart. Are we Democrats over being Americans. Can Americans find true honest candidates resembling the people.

I believe that we need a person who represents most of us in every detail: height, weight, honesty, expectation and standing for the right thing….  bwell  c2it

Carter G. Woodson and the History of Black History Month

    in Culture

Carter Godwin Woodson (Dec. 19, 1875 – April 3, 1950) was an African-American historian, author, journalist and the founder of the Association for the Study of African American Life and History. Woodson was one of the first scholars to study African-American history. A founder of The Journal of Negro History in 1915, Woodson has been cited as the father of black history. In Feb. 1926 he announced the celebration of "Negro History Week", considered the precursor of Black History Month.

Carter G. Woodson was born in Buckingham County, Virginia, the son of former slaves, James and Eliza Riddle Woodson.[5] His father helped Union soldiers during the Civil War and moved his family to West Virginia when he heard that Huntington was building a high school for blacks.

Coming from a large, poor family, Carter could not regularly attend school. Through self-instruction, he mastered the fundamentals of common school subjects by age 17. Wanting more education, Carter went to Fayette County to earn a living as a miner in the coal fields. He was able to devote only a few months each year to his schooling.

In 1895, at the age of 20, Woodson entered Douglass High School, where he received his diploma in less than two years. From 1897 to 1900, Woodson taught at Winona in Fayette County. In 1900 he was selected as the principal of Douglass High School. He earned his Bachelor of Literature degree from Berea College in Kentucky in 1903 by taking classes part-time between 1901 and 1903.

International Sunday School Exodus 12:1-14 wk of 02-07-16 by Grover Weaver

    in Christianity

Hello everybody this is the Grover Weaver Ministries.org commentary on the International Sunday School Lesson for the week of 02-07-16 from Exodus 12:1-14; the theme,Jesus is our Passover. I am Grover Weaver your minister and Sunday School teacher. Welcome,

Exodus 12:1-14 the scripture verses of this text is a narration of God creating a path to earth for the Slain Lamb to enter the earth and to redeem man from the penalty of sin, ( Rev 13:8). This slain lamb was slain at the foundation for this very purpose. Thus, the Passover and the Feast of the Unleavened Bread covered in Exodus 12:1-28, is the type of Christ our Redeemer.

The lamb was to be without blemish and to test; it was to be kept for four day as our Lord’s public life was tested under the hostile eyes of the Pharisees and the Sadducees to prove his holiness. The lamb thus tested was to be slain. The blood is to be applied individually...

The Feast of the Unleavened Bread typified an “I am” statement, “I am the Bread of Life. The statement is the foundation of the ancient supper which the Lord’s Table is prepared upon, it is the Eucharist, the Lord’s Supper, the Eucharist  Matthew 26:26-28 is established upon I am the Bread of Life...

Your Energy Your World - "THE NEGRO VS THE NIGGA"

    in Culture

There is an old saying, “be careful what you ask for, you just might get it!” When he arrived at the new school, the principal nor the teachers had no clue to who he or his grandmother were, to be frank they did not care.

I’m sure at the time he was thinking, “Now this is true freedom!” Freedom to skip class without his grandmother ever finding out, run around with the wrong crowd, smoke and talk back to teachers as well. He finally got a taste of that cookie, needless to say guidance, direction, and purpose went out the back door!

Hearing his story got me to thinking about our lost ones of today. If we had the Negro guidance like my mentor was/is to me, we would not have lost our way.

The Negro lost it’s fight when crack came along, it also lost most of it’s power in a paternity lawsuit, because of babies out of wedlock. The negro lost his best friend “my brother’s keeper” in a neighborhood shootout and left town for good when “ashamed” talked “shamed” into doing a reality show starring “immoral” and his family.

Join Anthony and I as we discuss "THE NEGRO VS THE NIGGA"
