Episcopacy 301 The Transformation of the Episcopacy Pt 3

    in Religion

We continue dealing with the development of the bishopric as we focus on the Metropolitan and Patriarch and how they came about.

As we deal with this things keep in mind the word - ANACHRONISM

Clericalism is a term that comes into play around 250 AD when the church started thinking if its priesthood as the Levitical Priesthood...which continue to develop until by the 9th Century a graded ministry had taken complete hold in the church.

Grades in ministry would have never work with the Alexandrian Episcopacy also called the Alexandrian Habitude, but it work well with the Antioch Model of the Episcopacy.

The Testaments of the Twelve Patriarchs (Judah)\Testamentos dos Doze Patriarcas

    in Spirituality

The Testaments of the Twelve Patriarchs is an apocryphal book pseudepigraphic biblical, intertestamental, which refers to speeches and recommendations assigned to the twelve sons of Jacob, before they die. Figured in codices and lists of the canon of the Bible of the Armenian Apostolic Church, at least until the fourteenth century. Were introduced in the West in the thirteenth century, through the Latin translation of Robert Grosseteste, Bishop of Lincoln, who became instantly popular, believing it to be a true work of the twelve sons of Jacob, and that the Christian interpolations were a genuine product of Jewish prophecy; he accused Jews of concealing the Testaments "on account of the prophecies of the Saviour contained in them." Fragments of similar writings were later found at Qumran.

ABRAHAMIC RELIGIONS = THE ORIGINS OF JUDAISM; CHRISTIANITY AND ISLAM

    in Religion

    THE FOUNDATION OF MAJOR RELIGIONS

It has been suggested that the phrase, "Abrahamic religion", may simply mean that all these religions come from one spiritual source. Christians refer to Abraham as a "father in faith".[Rom. 4] There is an Islamic religious term, Millat Ibrahim (faith of Ibrahim), indicating that Islam sees itself as having practices tied to the traditions of Abraham. Jewish tradition claims descendance from Abraham, and adherents follow his practices and ideals as the first of the three spiritual "fathers" or BIBLICAL PATRIARCHS: Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob.

All the major Abrahamic religions claim a direct lineage to ABRAHAM.

Abrahamic religions (also SEMITIC religions) are monotheistic religions of West Asian origin, emphasizing and tracing their common origin to Abraham or recognizing a spiritual tradition identified with him. They comprise one of the major divisions in religion.

As of the early 21st century, it was estimated that 54% of the world's population (3.8 billion people) considered themselves adherents of the Abrahamic religions, about 30% of other religions, and 16% of no organized religion.

The largest Abrahamic religions in chronological order of founding are Judaism (1st millennium BCE), Christianity(1st century CE), and Islam(7th century CE).

Alexandrian Habtude and the Antioch Episcopacy

    5 Patriarchies

Council of Nicaea 325 (the beginning of the Patriarchy) It is here at Nicaea that the word Metropolitan is first seen in the Canons of the church. 3 metropolitan sees at Nicaea govern a province that was synonomus with the Roman Province of the area. They had suffragan bishops under them that headed their own sees under their metropolitan.

    Diocese is first used

Council of Constantinople 381 New Rome is given the same privilge as old Rome.  At this council by way of Emperor Theodosius division of the East into Five Dioceses, the term diocese comes into the LIFE of the church.  Originally Metropolitan headed the diocese while the Bishop was over his SEE or CIty Church.

Council of Ephesus 431  Jerusalem obtain the same metropolitical power as the other 3.

Council of Chalcedon 451 the Jerusalem as well as the other four are officially called Patriarchs.

In Fiction God Is Immoral And Yeshua's Death Is a Crime Against Humanity Why?

    in Music

The bible presents the word God in a fictional context, because African and Mesopotamian religion has no history for God as a person. The following is what maked God and Jesus a fraud: [The Mesopotamian  first human religion was, of course, {pagan}   and {polytheistic,} and is therefore saparated by a profound spiritual gulf from the monotheism of Judaism and Christianity. Moreover, both the Old and New Testaments are imbued with an ethical sensitivity and moral fervor that have no counterparts in the comparable Mesopotamian  documents. Neither Sumer, nor Babylon, nor Assyria ever  arrived at the lofty persuasion that a "pure heart" and "clean hands" were spiritually more meaningful than elaborate riturals and sacrifices. The bond of love between god and man, while not entirely absent from Mesopotamian  religious thought, is certainly  far less significant there than it is in Judaism and Christianity. But the early Mesopotamians did develop the concept  of a personal and  family god, echoed in the Biblical "god of Abraham, Isaac  and Jacob"--and between this guardian deity and his adoring worshipper there was a tender, close and trusting relationship comparable in some ways to the one that exist between Jehovah and the patriarchs. Mesopotamian literature, like its [religion]  and law,  has also affected the entire Western world.

The Difference Between Paradise and the Garden of Eden

    in Religion

There is a difference between paradise located at the third heaven, and the garden of Eden here on the Earth. Paradise was created to house the holy. New Jerusalem awaits there as a place of rest for the elect and chosen righteous and will be revealed by the Lord post judgment.  The Bible says that out of the mouths of two of three witnesses shall the truth be established.  Given that principle I will utilize certain scriptures to prove that indeed paradise and the garden of Eden are different places.  These scriptures each separately describe the 10 levels of heaven as experienced by patriarchs such as Enoch (The Book of Enoch), Isaiah (The Martyrdom of Isaiah), Paul (The Vision of Paul), and Peter (The Apocalypse of Peter).  The collective accounting that these patriarchs together provide, confirm the various levels of heaven and that paradise is located at the third heaven.  Paradise is where the 2nd created Adam was placed after his initial formation on the 6th day.  There Eve was separated from him and tasked with being a help mate.  Paradise is also where Lucifer seduced Eve and impregnated her with Cain.  The tree of life, whose fruit shall restore immortality to the righteous elect granted salvation at the second coming of Yahushuah Savior Messiah, stands proudly there  highlighting paradise and awaiting humanity with promise of eternal life.
