In today's show I briefly cover some headlines in the media and give my take on them in regards to how a Self-Sustained Protectorate can deal justly and fairly with those issues. I also delve deeper into the differences between Common Law (Rights), Commercial Law (Privileges), and Freedoms (New Commonly Held Law). Under Common Law, a person has rights (rites of ordinances) which are generally recognized to mean that a person has a lawful ability to perform certain actions (such as defend their house, their own person, feed their family, travel unimpeded, etc.). Under Commercial Law, a person has privileges which are generally recognized to mean that a person has been granted legal authority from a commercial organization to perform certain actions (in the case of commercial law, the privilege of operating a vessel, business, or trade which requires licenses).Under the New Commonly Held Law, a person has freedoms that are generally recognized to mean that a person has a natural, God given, ability to perform any and every action, but whose actions are constantly subject to consequences by both natural and man made laws. Also, the New Commonly Held Law takes the good ideas from both Common and Commercial law and discards the bad ideas, such as the law can altered or changed for any reason or purpose. Just like natural law is unchangeable, so too is the New Commonly Held Law.

New Beginnings Radio is a gathering place. It's a gathering place of faith, faith in Jesus Christ. It's a simple, down to earth broadcast where we share about Jesus and the Kingdom of God, 'on earth as it is in heaven'. It's an informal, come-as-you-are format. Everyone is welcome! We have no agenda, no criteria to meet. We're not trying to build anything or to promote Benjamin. It is truly about Jesus and the kingdom. Our world is going through massive changes. A way of life is passing away. On this broadcast we come together to discuss these changes bearing in mind first and foremost, that God is in control of all things. We recognize, that right in the middle of everything that is going on, He is bringing about a 'new heavens and a new earth'. He is also establishing the Kingdom, His Kingdom, in the earth. Knowing this gives us great hope, and that is the heart of this broadcast!

The holidays are right around the corner and this is the season when people start to think about being more grateful and appreciating what they have. There are 365 days in a year so we shouldn't only be grateful around the holidays. What does it mean to be more grateful for what we have? Why is it difficult for people to be grateful but so easy for them to complain? What are the effects of being appreciative and complaining, and how can you learn to be grateful if you've never done it before?
I am THANKFUL for:
My Faith, my health and strength, my children, grandchildren and sons in law. My brother, sisters in law, brother in law, nieces, nephew, cousins, godchildren. My church, my friends, my home (thank God), my business, my sponsors, my clients, my endless ideas, my naysayers, my ability to solve my problems and/or get around them, my past, my future AND my possibilities.
We will celebrate it all on today's show as I get ready for a house full of family and friends for Thanksgiving Dinner.

In 2014 The Fearless Are Redeemed!
Isaiah 43:1 But now thus saith the LORD that created thee, O Jacob, and He that formed thee, O Israel, Fear not: for I have redeemed thee, I have called thee by thy name; thou art mine.
This year is the time for the rebirthing of new thoughts, new attitude, new actions and responses. To rebirth is to move forward, to let go of that which was old and birth that which is to become new. How much are you willing to let go? How much are you ready to change? What will it take to change?... A THOUGHT...IT'S A MIND THING! (Cass)
Benjamin Scott Allen discusses thanksgiving and appreciation for those we have lost. They are part of the fabric of our lives; loving and living with them and without them makes us who we ultimately are.
This show is about healing loss. Whether it is the loss of a loved one, a relationship, a job, or a dream, we find ourselves lost in another world. What was before no longer is. This is the world of the Afterloss.
It is our goal to share this world together and to help each other navigate this new experience. We are here to explore what was lost and what is left, and find a new way to relate to both. Loss is a part of life, and we all deal it differently.
Benjamin is the author of Out of the Ashes, Healing in the AfterLoss. This book is about profound loss and forging a new path after his loved ones died.
When we give ourselves permission to lean into loss, this unique process of healing finds its own time and rhythm. There are parts of the Afterloss that only you know and only you can travel, but everyone who has experienced loss in one form or another knows the path has many footprints that can lead us into healing. We are not alone.
Your hosts Benjamin Allen and Deborah Brown will share their journeys through grief into healing and create a container for others to explore, define and lean into loss of all kinds. We meet here and now on the path to the rest of our lives, at the intersection of Loss and Hope ... may we all be blessed by sharing what we have lived and learned.
