Peace and thank you for coming back to my show. After having minor surgery a few weeks ago, I had to take the time to rest and heal properly. I am so happy, excited and blessed to be back! This week we will talk about how to deal with and overcome anger. Everywhere I go I am seeing and hearing alot of angry people. From driving everyday, to the supermarket, to the local shopping community and on the streets. People are upset over minor and major things that are blown out of proportion. People are willing to risk their lives as well as their children to argue fuss or fight with each other. Anger is a normal feeling, however when it begins to control you and in turn becomes destructive, it leads to problems. Problems in your personal relationships, at work and in the overall quality of your life. Anger can make you feel as though you are at the mercy of an unpredictable and powerul emotion. Please join me tonight as we discuss dealing with anger. "An apple a day keeps the doctor away" has been a common saying for more than a century, and it turns out that people have been repeating it for good reason. Modern research shows that apples improve health in numerous ways, and the latest study found that apples can even boost a woman's sexual pleasure.
The study, which was published in Archives of Gynecology and Obstetrics, found that women who ate one or two apples a day had better sex lives than those who didn't eat apples. The researchers believe that high levels of polyphenols and antioxidants found in apples stimulate blood flow to the sexual organs and aid arousal. In addition, apples contain phloridzin, a phyto-estrogen that's similar to the female sex hormone estradiol.

Stress symptoms may be affecting your health, even though you might not realize it. You may think illness is to blame for that nagging headache, your frequent insomnia or your decreased productivity at work. But stress may actually be the culprit.
Common effects of stress
Indeed, stress symptoms can affect your body, your thoughts and feelings, and your behavior. Being able to recognize common stress symptoms can give you a jump on managing them. Stress that's left unchecked can contribute to health problems, such as high blood pressure, heart disease, obesity and diabetes.
Act to manage stress
If you have stress symptoms, taking steps to manage your stress can have numerous health benefits. Explore stress management strategies, such as:
And be sure to get plenty of sleep, eat a balanced diet, and avoid tobacco use and excess caffeine and alcohol intake.
When to seek help
If you're not sure if stress is the cause or if you've taken steps to control your stress but your symptoms continue, see your doctor. Your doctor may want to check for other potential causes.
Also, if you have chest pain, especially if it occurs during physical activity or is accompanied by shortness of breath, sweating, dizziness, nausea, or pain radiating into your shoulder and arm, get emergency help immediately. These may be warning signs of a heart attack and not simply stress symptoms.
As an American I have experienced the changes in this country that frankly have citizens of all ages disenfranchised about the direction this country is taking politically. The slow agonizing erosion of morals, values and Christian religious freedom should be a priority and a form of disaster control for all Americans. But to do so first the people need to completely understand the years of conservative silence that attributed to this spiritual decay. Years after I served my country with the Army Corp of Engineers, I found myself compelled to write a book pointing out to the reader where and why America went wrong which started most of the deep rooted problems. America should face the Dragon of Liberalism and truly understand what actually politically transpired in the 1960s. These ideas used in this book are spoken from a war veterans point of view as it pertains to the political hoax portrayed on the people that has not been faced, once understood it will light a new way of the future.
