?Founder of CIRCLE (Community Involvement to Remain Connected and Lead Effectively™) and CIRCLE+™ (Challenging Issues while Revitalizing Communities through Learning Experiences+ (for positive change)™) were developed, as she witnessed a demanding need to create a two-component project that would provide community involvement and trainings of completed service projects. CIRCLE, focuses on service-oriented projects to organize and support the advancement of individuals and families within communities for equality; CIRCLE+, is the second component, which encompasses an immediate follow-up of trainings that relate to the completed service project. Upon completion, volunteers are certified, as a +CIRCLE Leader™. Volunteers are guided and prepared with effective tools by continuing their efforts within communities to implement and develop sustainable solutions.
Germika focuses on two of the most profound and unresolved epidemics that effect people of color daily: stigmatization and the impact of racism, which are strongly exhibited throughout society today.
The emasculation and effeminization of our young men is just as real in the year 2014 as the masculinization of our young women are.
Anyone who doesn't see it manifesting more with each passing year has either stuck their head in the sand or is severely blind.
Overall our young men are slowing but surely morphing into girls with a docile demeanor that makes one wonder if they've ever had any dealings with that thing called testosterone at all.
But not for a growing amount of our young women, they seem to have found that magic elixir that the boys couldn't find that gives them a bull-like aggressiveness that make the guys seem like little girls.
What in the world is happening?
But aside from that, what has caused this mass cross wiring of the sexes in our communities right up under our noses and seemingly overnight?
Is it because of a hijacked youth culture where the celebrities play the pied piper role in their style of dress which challenges the traditional expectations of what a man and woman should wear?
Or is it really something chemical from the huge amount of hormones dumped into our food which sets off a chain reaction within the body to manifest in what we see as all too common?
Might it be the result of our unchecked spiritual disciplines gone wild as this has trickled down to our children as in the sins of the Father visiting the children?
Maybe it's a combination of all three of these factors and maybe it could be something completely overlooked.
But nonetheless, things are definitely going too far and we need to pinpoint what it might be before these dysfunctions get the best of our community and reduce us into nothingness!
I believe that this is a conversation that's long overdue!

A lot has been said about divorce and remarriage. As we know, there is a very high incidence of divorce in our society. There is also a high incidence of second and third marriages in our society as well. The question is, What does the Master Plan say about remarriage? Is it biblically sound to remarry and if so under what conditions?

If you read the book, Hidden In Plain View, written by Jackie Tobin should tune in to The Gist of Freedom with Roy Paul and his guest, author Mrs.Teresa Kemp! Teresa book The Keeper of the Fire book covers not just Igbo Tribe's slavery but slavery in Africa by Arabs and Africans.
Many people questions the encoded quilts. They argue enslaved Africans were not intelligent enough to out smart the Slavers. What many fail to understand, that most Africans were multi-langual. They wrote and read in more than on language. Many asked who could understand the coded quilt pattern language. Tonight's guest, Mrs. Kemp has posters from Nigeria that date the symbols and patterns to 1400 AD this is clearly before the Civil War in America 1861-1865. We have the linage of 3 Eze's of Igbo land to 1042, 1087, 1092 BC.

It's almost a given that after truly studying the relationship between the Asian proprietors have with the Black community that there has existed a tension that was born out of a definite disrespect.
This sense of disrespect was doled out in abundance to the very people to whom the Asian businessman has profited greatly from.
Sure, the answer is for those who are treated as scum to build their own economic system in order to uplift themselves up and away from depending on anyone who considers them not to be worthy of respect.
But in many cases this attitude from the Asian business people who get their riches from what is garnered from Black support has only increased because they seem to feel that no matter how Blacks are treated by them that they will still bring their hard earned money to them each and every time.
Not only is this arrogance displayed to the consumer, but it is also inflicted on those who actually work for them to help them get to that envied place of financial freedom that has been the benchmark of the American Dream.
Most Asians who have rooted their businesses in the Black community know that many are waking up to the condescending attitude of these people and have begun to back away from bringing their dollars to support them when they can do business with their own people.
.......because the bottom line is how many of these Asians bring THEIR money to support Black businesses?
Everyone supports their own, but the modern day Black man and woman seems to be so caught up in the mental delusion that everyone will support them back the way that they've always brought their money to others.
Listen to this very real situation and understand why the time is NOW to WAKE UP!
Support Your Own!
Hell! They do!
