Some people don't consider gospel rap to be a respectable way to present Christ to the world. However, there are those who applaud it for it's direct and brazen way of sharing God's love to a generation who may have never heard of Shirley Ceasar, Richard Smallwood, or Fred Hammond.This episode's special guest is gospel hip-hop artist Gem' N.I and I am looking forward to hearing her thoughts about being an out-the-box artist.
Raised in South Central Los Angeles, Gem' N.I. born DiEsha Carter began rapping at the age of ten after first hearing N.W.A. Her unique style of delivery and Christ centered flow has earned her a diverse following and inspired many.Gem' N.I. has shared her heart at poetry slams, open mic's, and anywhere else her message of hope, love, and faith will be appreciated. In the summer of 2014 she released her first Mixtape "Mrs. Martyr Music" and is currently in the studio working on her new project.
What is going on Unstoppable? It's Time to talk shop and have a conversation about the recent advancements inside of WU. updating completion time is dependant upon how far we can go into details about the coming developements.
But let's have a fun show and a good time. though we can all speak frankly inside this show; I welcome all viewpoints to come to the Table and converse with a Count. Maybe we both can learn something from this encounter.
THE WILEY SHOW LIVE: EXCLUSIVE INTERVIEW WITH R&B SINGER LARRY "PHYLLE" CARTER
LARRY “PHYLLE” CARTER II is speaking to a generation. His platform is R&B and the message is simple: love and equality for all people. Hailing from Norfolk, VA by way of Philadelphia, PA (his namesake), Phylle has traveled a path that has taken him from screen to stage and back again, catapulting him to the top of his game as a songwriter, singer, actor, activist and ultimately, a believer. His attitude and work ethic reflect a mantra that says anything is possible if you just put your mind to it. Although this 6’3” crooner loves to laugh and have fun, his laid back demeanor is ever-present in the delivery of his silky-smooth vocal styling.
Drawing inspiration from legends such as Sam Cooke, Marvin Gaye, and the sultry Aaliyah, Phylle (pronounced Philly) began honing his signature, diversified sound at the ripe age of 11. He states, “Music was my escape as a child. I was very shy and I didn’t fit in. Music is the only thing that gave me comfort.” Having shared the stage with some of the industry greats, this Urban Gentleman is poised to take the industry by storm with his debut single I LOVE HIM,

Man on this mix we’re finally found out how were gonna do these weekly mixes. Now we’re gonna take the top selling cut on iTunes and mix it other top trending new cuts (we were sort of doing that already but know I’m just letting you know the process of how we pick the lead song.)
The WeekNd “THE HILLS” went straight to the top of the itunes sales chart (over 20, 000 downloads a day. Somebody’s buying #LSMH)….
Rihanna “BBHMM” this record is probably the summer anthem (also still selling strong. It was just the right song for the mix…….
Young Thug “CHECK” No matter how you feel about Thug, this dude finds hits #FRFR. No doubt about that…….
Kendrick Lamar “KING KUNTA” Kendrick put together a really great and funky track with this one. Are today’s hiphop fans the children of Kunta Kinte and has hiphop cut their legs off so they can’t get off the plantation……?
Mark Ronson ft Mystikal “FEEL RIGHT” This is a great comeback record for Mystikal (I really hope this cut catch on because it’s a great cut). I’m sure this will be jamming down on Bourban Street…..
Dizzle RED ft D-Roc (of the Yin Yang Twins) “RATTLESNAKE” This cut here brings us back to why Yin Yang worked. They just made some fun ass club songs that kept the girls dancing and twerkin. This cuts no exception. Dizzle RED has a sharp clever delivery and folks are on his team. #DjAlert #ThisOnesInTheMixxx
That’s this GetAtMeInDaMixxx #10

The Boston Globe has [assed my chokepoint, at $14.34 a week in its recent delivery price. Ihave subscribed since 1979 and flipping the bird is a bigger deal fol me than them. I shall move to the still exorbitant $3.99 online sub, but [probaly will drop it all. I'll likely to go to a full-time NYT sub instead of just Sunday or maybe revert to the smart-guy Financial Times.
Let's talk about paywalls and paper v. internet-only.

Some people would rather die than speak in front a group of people. Yet it is important for Entrepreneurs to be able to communicate effectively about the product or services they offer to groups of people. I have been speaking in front of people since the age of three when I delivered my line in a church Tom Thumb Wedding. I guess I had a talent for public speaking, or at least I didn't let fear keep me from the spotlight. One of the things I enjoyed most about Pastoral Ministry was delivering the Sunday Morning Sermon and I trained church members in the fine art of sermon delivery In this episode I want to share with you a few things I believe can help you be an effictive public speaker.
In this episode you will:
Understand that fear is your friend;
Understand ways to emotionally prepare yourself to speak in public;
Understand how to use your Diaphragm effectively when speaking in public.
Bishop Noel Jones City of Refuge Church. Some may know him as "Bishop," others as an astute intellectual, a columnist, prolific orator, theatrical producer, and still others as a beloved father, grandfather and loyal friend. No matter your point of reference, there are few places you will travel on this side of heaven without hearing the great name of Bishop Noel Jones. Bishop Jones was born in Spanish Town, Jamaica on January 31, 1950. One of seven children born to Bishop Robert and Marjorie Jones, Noel Jones was raised alongside a diverse array of siblings (one of whom is the famed actress and singer Grace Jones). He once mused, "If I could reconcile and keep peace among us, I can reconcile the Church through the power of God." Add to this skill of mediation, a strict rearing under Pentecostal tenets, and the enduring of an early childhood abuse, and it should become increasingly clear why God called Bishop Jones into the ministry at the tender age of nineteen. His experiences nurtured his unique call to the ministry of reconciliation and honed his distinct ability to transcend tradition in his delivery of the gospel, through widening spiritual parameters in order to reach diverse people of manifold backgrounds, cultures, and denominations.
