    Biblical Truths and Biblical Prophecy:

    in Christianity

Todd and James will continue to declare biblical truths and the importance of heeding them in light of fulfillment of Old Testamnet prophecy. We are told in the book of Hebrews, "For unto us was the gospel preached, as well as unto them: but the word preached did not profit them, not being mixed with faith in them that heard it." Beloved, are you heeding the gospel of Jesus Christ? Not just listening to the gospel but heeding it by faith?

Open season: Black men in Cincinnati (& U.S. at large) and Lions in Africa

    in Current Events

How a Minnesota dentist mixed up his survival of the fittest ideology plus #BlackLivesMatter.  Really, how does it work?  If this isn't a perfect example of the self proclaimed superior class that has even transcended national borders for his misguided inherent right to shoot animals for sport?  Excuse me?  The art of privilege and waste on new horizons... This is not in the human natural reign of necessity or even normal desires of the elite and if it is, it is just as disguisting as the exotic animal market in SE Asia. It is downright demented.   Others to blame are the two men in Zimbabwe who lied to the dentist about the situation and took the large amount of money on the take (now under arrest).  This mentality projects into the national imagery of rogue cops who think it's okay to haul in women for a bad blinker on their car or just kill on sight of anyone who busts up a traffic violation.  Wow.  Death is more common than decency.  Left and right people die for the most miniscual reasons except the fact that the degradation of man on man crimes is unfathomable and exponential.

    My Life then and now!

    in Self Help

Today I am going to talk a little about myself and how I came around to be the woman that I am today.  My life started in 1948.  At the age of three my birth father passed away and my mother married my now dad who back then adopted my older sister and myself.  There are many parts of my younger days that I don't remember - maybe I've blocked them out.....in the meanwhile two other brothers and a baby sister came around. Life seemed fairly "normal" until I was about 15....we had moved from Southern California to Dayton Ohio because my dad had a new job..O!  This is the other thing...I could never figure out why my mother would be ironing my dad's underwear at 3 o'clock in the morning and then watering our front lawn at 11 p.m.  I found out later on that she was hooked on diet pills....that was her thing and at 15 she kindly told me that it looked like I was gaining some weight (I wasn't) and "here, honey - take this pill.  It will help you"...trusting my mom I took the pill and loved it SO much that I asked her for another one the next day....little did I know this was the beginning of my addiction to everything!  I went on a pill rampage at 18 - water pills - then diet pills - I was really a pill head.....had to stay thin or I would never find a man - (my mom told me).....this was the late  60's early 70's.....hippie nation!  everything was in!  I was into uppers, downers, sidewinders anyway but straight, ok?  Then it was the pot and then the psychedelics - for three years straight - every day - I was over the edge one might say....but so was everyone else - through 4 failed marriages and hundreds of men I crashed one day.  I was probably 50 yrs old.....my then husband had been popped on a UA while we were truck driving - we longhauled for some years - and so he couldn't drive -

  • Dr. Taffy Wagner Money Talk Matters & Own Your Health Care w/ host Kevin Hunter

    in Business

Host Kevin Hunter is proud to feature Dr. Taffy Wagner, counselor in finances and marriage.

    About Taffy:

How long have you been doing premarital financial counseling and what made you focus on marriages?

It all started back in 1995 when I met my husband Eric, who had an independent career and counseling business for juniors and seniors in high school. He was saying to high school students and parents that students could go to college and get a four year degree in less than four years without putting the family in debt. I was introduced to him by some mutual friends because he was searching for some administrative help. I met him to interview for the job and shared my background with him not really know what it was that he did and learned shortly thereafter that I had DONE with my college education what he had been attempting to teach these families. Needless to say, I got the job and began learning the ropes of career and college counseling for high school students and families.

What type of clients do you work best with?

My clients generally are sick and tired of struggling financially, know there has to be a better way and are willing to accept responsibility for their past financial decisions and are ready to move forward. They are willing to INVEST in themselves and not seeing it as buying a service. They have DREAMS and GOALS they want to achieve and know they cannot do it alone.
