Today's topic: Neo-Feminism: The Role of Women in 2014 Midterms
AV delves into the issue of sex and politics and the role of women in American politics in the role of women instead of male wanna-be's. As the nation confronts issues of the traditional family, domestic violence, equal pay, and even reproduction rights, are the voices of women, all women being heard, and if not, why not? Let's talk about it. I'll be joined by powerhouse social media activist, Laurel Davila from Progressive Democrats Moving Forward, Not Back.

This Friday's Don and Doug will update some of the Ebola capers, including instances where bureaucratic bumblings triggered unnecessary concern and even panic. Ebola's bad enough, but it seems big government can make it worse.
We'll talk mid-term elections. We already see Democrats making excuses for losing the midterms. We'll dig into some of it. And did you notice that suspiciously timed leak from the DOJ on the ichael Brown case last week?
In late 2013, we warned 2014 would be a year rocked by bad news and hard hits, it would be a year with events far uglier than most could imagine. Guess what? There's still two months to go in 2014, and there's potential for 2015 to be even worse. We'll share some of the dots we've connected to create this forecast.
Back in 2012, we said many a time it was a good time to stock up on ammo. That December, inventories dried up, and some folks did without for a year or more. How many folks learned their lesson? Is it a good time to buy now?
Sometimes we hate being right, because what we see ahead is more unraveling of America. On the other hand, we'd be remiss to sit in silence. Mainstream media may indeed see much of what we see coming... but MSM makes a point of NOT telling you darker days lie ahead. It might dampen their ratings.
The Kings are Back!!! Six Senate polls by NBC News and the Marist Institute for Public Opinion show momentum for Republicans in key races that will help decide majority control.
The findings in Colorado, Iowa, Kansas, Arkansas, North Carolina and South Dakota — coupled with what has long appeared to be safe GOP bets in West Virginia and Montana — illustrate the clear opportunity for Republicans to net the six seats necessary to gain power after the 2014 midterm elections.
The Battleground Tracker polls released Sunday by CBS News and The New York Times also show Senate control leaning toward Republicans. The findings show Senate races tightening in Colorado and Iowa — both states in which Democrats currently hold seats — and Republican Dan Sullivan holding an edge over Democratic Sen. Mark Begich for a possible GOP pickup in Alaska.

Tonight on Warrior Talk Radio GI Jenn and Jeff will be talking with Drew Ryun, a Strategist for the Madison Project (www.madisonproject.com) and former deputy director in the political division of the RNC.
Then they will be talking with Tony Tinderholt who is currently running for Texas House of Representatives. He is a former Air Force and Army Veteran who is quite passionate about education as well as getting our country back on track.
Both of these gentlemen will be weighing in on the upcoming mid-term elections.
Last, but not least, Jenn and Jeff will be talking with Brian Black, founded ITS Tactical in 2009 with the help of brothers in the Naval Special Warfare Community. While never completing BUD/s and becoming a SEAL, he made it through the large hurdles of Hell Week and Pool Comp with Class 251. After being rolled post Pool Comp in 251 from a torn hip flexor, he sustained a service ending Draeger Dive Injury in 2nd Phase with Class 254. Throughout his time in the Navy and his love of gear and the outdoors, the idea for ITS Tactical was born.
After leaving the service in ’06 and with the help of the GI Bill, Bryan picked up where he left off with his Associates degree in Computer Science and finished his Bachelor’s at the University of Texas in Communication Technology with a Journalism minor. Using these skills coupled with his Military Service, a Web design background and work at a commercial photography studio; he pooled his resources with the advisors below and started ITS.

From Essence Magazine: "66% of eligible African-Americans voted in the 2012 presidential elections. That number is projected to decrease by 6.5 million people to just 42% of eligible Blacks in this year's midterms." Why? Is it apathy or do we just not see the purpose of voting if there is not a lot of hoopla around the issues? The mid term elections are when we vote on who is going to help the President get the job done...or NOT done for the next 2 years. There are also issues on the state level that require our attention as well...Supreme Court judges, Constitutional amendments and more. Let's talk about it and get educated on this process so that we can vote smart and as always DON'T BITE YOUR TONGUE!!!
