Filing Income Taxes rolls around one each year, yet it seems so much closer. "If you can't catch up, it hard to keep up", is what my Grandfather use to say to me. And when injured, sick, a single parent, or just to many things to address, this can be an overwhelming time of year. So what can you do? Join me, ESTRA today so we can talk about it.
In 2009, an estimated 1.5 million Americans filed for bankruptcy. The overwhelming majority of those filing bankruptcy were middle income, highly educated, owned a home, married, with children, around 44 years old and insured. At the same time 1.1 million new millionaires were preparing to leave the middle class. Many of those left in the middle class suffered as their income and wealth decreased. The middle class exploded with close to 3 million departing from it's ranks. What was so great about life (health care) before Obamacare that republicans and the far right media would want us to return to the way we were? We needed health care reform in this country.
Fair Isaac Corp. recently announced that it will stop including in FICO credit-score calculations any record of a consumer failing to pay a bill if the bill has been paid or settled with a collection agency, and it will give less weight to unpaid medical bills that are with a collection agency. We’ll also discuss what goes into a credit report, what types of behaviors influences your credit score, and what measures you can take to improve your credit score. And we will explore responsible use of credit, how to pay down debt, and build wealth.
Your Money. Your Matters is a weekly show broadcasting every Tuesday from 11 a.m. to noon Central Time. The program features radio personalities Linda Webb-Mañon and Rick Grady, Cornerstone Credit Union League; Courtney Moran, Cornerstone Credit Union Foundation, and Todd Mark, Consumer Credit Counseling Services.

Lindsay Duff is a certified expressive arts therapist and medical intuitive healer, as well as a clairvoyant, artist, and an interior designer. Originally from Missouri, Lindsay is now based in San Diego. She has served as the arts commissioner of the city of Encinitas and founder of the spiritually-based Open Door Wellness Center, where spiritual healers and leaders (including don Miguel Ruiz and don Jose Ruiz of "The Four Agreements") gave workshops on an ongoing basis.
Currently, Lindsay is an intuitive spatial designer for homes and businesses under the name "The Design-Whisperer" and she specializes in remote-viewing. She also creates intuitive multimedia artwork. Her skills as a spiritual counselor include tarot reading, remote-viewing and remote-healing, breath work, and helping people reach the solutions to their problems via spiritual awareness of mindful consciousness.
Lindsay explains her philosophy as, "My purpose here is to act as a light of positive actions and thoughts, to help create a bridge for those who would like to reach joy and happiness. We are all one, and equanimity is the ability to visualize ourselves and all of human kind as being equals. To be able to be conscious of our consciousness means that we have the ability to create a conversation with our higher selves about the type of energy we are putting out into the universe, rather than just a knee-jerk reaction to emotions. As human beings, we have the option to visualize improvements and then go back and redo our thoughts or actions." http://lindsayduff.com..........http://www.facebook.com/LindsayDuffMultimediaArtist.....http://www.facebook.com/pages/Lindsays-Intuitive-Wisdom/1402514013297959
