“I am delighted that Alan Gross has been released from Cuban confinement in an exchange that also involved the release of an Americans spy in jail for 20 years, along with three convicted Cuban spies in America going back to Cuba; and I am thrilled that President Obama will open negotiations with Cuba to resume full diplomatic ties more than 50 years after they were cut off. Special thanks are due to John Kerry who made normalized relations with Cuba a priority when he was nominated for Secretary of State by President Obama. I am also thankful for the direct assistance of Pope Francis and the Vatican and the help that Canada rendered over the last 18 months to make this day possible.Rev Jesse Jackson Sr

In this episode of The Red Light Sports Ramble; presented by The Red Light Sports Network, Evan Witalison and Troy Otradovec will talk about the Green Bay Packers loss to the Buffalo Bills. The Packers entered this game with a five game winning streak, but have never won, in Buffalo. The Bills came into the game clinging to hope, of making the AFC playoffs. This was previewed as to which unit would win, the Packers offense or Bills defenese.
The Bills defense won the battle, from the beginning of the game. The physical style of play held Aaron Rodgers without a touchdown pass, and forced two interceptions. Rodgers did not recieve any help, as his receivers dropped passes, like they were hot potatoes. The first interception was a ball that was slightly underthrown to Randall Cobb. However, streaking down the right sideline was a wide open Jordy Nelson, that would have been a touchdown. Later in the game, Nelson made a double move and was open again. This time, Rodgers fired a strike but the ball hit Nelson's fingertips and fell harmlessly, to the ground. In the fourth quarter, the Packers were driving, Rodgers fired to Jarrett Boykin and the ball deflected, into the air. Bacarri Rambo, filling in for the injured Duke Williams, intercepted his second pass of the day. The Packers defense did hold Kyle Orton, in check. The Bills offense did not score a touchdown, and this game resembled the losses to Seattle and Detroit. Marcus Thigpen accounted for the only Bills touchdown, scoring on a 75 yard punt return.
The Packers had one last chance, to win the game. With 1:58 left in the game, the Packers took over, on their own 10 yard line. However, on the first play, of the drive, Mario Williams beat J.C. Tretter and forced a fumble. This ended the game, as a safety was awarded to Buffalo, because of the two minute fumble rule.
