Even though they haven't had their debut release yet, you can already tell that the indie-rock group The Fantasy Echoes is too damn fun. From the first notes of their demo "Battle Cry", you're already tapping your toes, bobbing your head, and wanting to sing along with lead singer Austin and the rockin' vocals emanating from his throat.
This week Steven Rouk talks with guitarist and song-writer Ryan to hear the stories behind the infectious tunes and to get the scoop on what the band's plans are for the future.

In the early hours of New Years Day 2013, a radio astronomer at the Allen Telescope Array in Northern California discovered a mysterious signal emanating from a star within the Ophiuchus Constellation. Contained within the signal was a Message--of human origin--foretelling the details of man's imminent demise. The Message was brought to The Starset Society, who quickly realized the importance of its immediate publication. Risking extreme danger, The Starset Society commissioned a group of musicians and scientists to assist them in spreading the knowledge to a broader audience. This group became known simply as STARSET. STARSET describes their music as cinematic rock. The band originate from Columbus, Ohio and was formed by lead singer Dustin Bates of Downplay. The band has released two singles including 'My Demons' and 'Carnivore. In the summer of 2014, the band released their debut album ‘Transmissions,’ which is now available. I'm Kinghuman, I've been a paid Youtube partner for several years now. I have over 84,000 subscribers and my videos have over 18 MILLION views. That's more views than the following TV shows get weekly;

Tuesday's guest: David Camden
David Camden is an American singer/songwriter and actor with a stirring voice and an unconventional story. Much like his life, his music is an eclectic blend of the past and present: Disco, R&B, Soul, and Retro with modern Pop undertones. His relaxed, conversational style is approachable, unjaded and instantly relatable.
Born David Camden Mueller, he grew up a pastor’s son in the small town of Greenville, IL and was always surrounded by music. His father was a music major and his mother was a singer, and around the holidays the family would all gather around the piano and sing. While he never felt like he fit into the rural setting, he could often be found singing in church and performing in school musicals. He picked up both piano and trumpet at an early age and was involved in every school music group that he could join, including choir, band, and jazz band. Camden attended Evangel University where he earned a Bachelor of Music with an emphasis in voice. During his time at college, he faced one of the most difficult setbacks of his life: losing his voice for almost 12 months. Being unable to sing was incredibly challenging, but with prayer and the guidance of his voice teachers, he eventually came out the other side.

I decided to replace tonight's schedule show with this discussion on Ferguson. Once again, the country is divided by the court. People are mad in some areas of the country while other people are relived. In the end, a story that has repeated itself for decades comes to the usual conclusion: a black man dies at the hands of a white cop.
Now, I'm not saying who is innocent or who is different in all of this. Because contrary to what people believe this case is nothing like the Trayvon Martin / George Zimmerman fiasco. People need to be able to see these cases for what they are and examine all evidence.
Tonight, I'm going to do something a little different: I'm not going to have prepared questions to throw out to my Show Legends like I normally do. I'm not going to be quick to "push the buzzer" on someone who may be long-winded as long as they're making their point. Tonight will be an open forum to discuss what happens now.
