Transgender issues have been grabbing the headlines lately, and this subject is one that school districts must deal with in a very practical way. Districts must follow legal guidelines and policy when dealing with this topic to preserve student and staff rights and safety within an inclusive learning environment. Join host Ray Pinney as he discusses transgender issues in public schools with three attorneys who have dealt with these questions from different angles: Robyn Gigl from Stein, McGuire, Pantages & Gigl; Luanne Peterpaul, who is with Gluck Walrath; and Teresa Moore, with Riker Danzig Scherer Hyland & Perretti, LLP.

With three Alberta Country Music Association Group of the Year nominations to their name, along with nominations for Fans' Choice, Song of the Year and Album of the Year, Alberta's DOMINO is on their way to even bigger success in country music.
Coming from various backgrounds in music, the group consists of:
Kent Nixon on lead guitar and vocals – One will most likely find Kent at rodeos, having bbq parties (mixes a mean martini) and spending time with family. He also has his sights on getting his pilot's license!
Luanne Carl on bass and vocals – When not songwriting and performing you can find Luanne watching horror movies or in the mountains, hiking and camping with family.
Scott McKnight drummer and vocals – Scott is an avid hockey player, loves to golf and travel. You might even catch him honing some guitar playing skills!
Russ Carl on guitar, mandolin and vocals – Russ enjoys reading, painting and a good round of golf as well as camping with the family. No soggy chips or warm beer for this guy!
Other singles they have released include; “One Day At A Time”, “In A Small Town” and the ACMA nominated song “All We Need Tonight”. A video for “One Day At A Time” from the album “Scrapbook” was recorded by the town’s local high school video & film students.
Domino has established a brand of their own that shines through on their forthcoming album called Ghost to be released in June 2015. It features the first single out at country radio now called One More Kiss.
Butch Witkowski, FFSc, Director, Founder, UFO Research Center of Pennsylvania-Editor, JAAR, Journal of Alien Abduction Research, Member Institute of Frontier Science ParaNexus™ Consultant/Advisor – Ufology Member Académie d'Ufologie, Former MUFON Chief Investigator, Star Team Investigator, and State Section Director. Former Law Enforcement Officer. Associate - P&M Fortean Research . From Butch, "I’ve been an Independent Researcher since 1989 when I, along with 4 other people, witnessed a UFO of unbelievable size quietly hover above a mountain in Tucson, Arizona. It was totally silent. Burn Copper in color and at least three football fields in length. It moved slowly up and down, then rose upwards, moved forward, and then vanished at lightning speed. We all agreed on what we had just seen. However, calls to the Sheriffs Dept., the news media, and the local Air Force base yielded no sighting reports. I began my own investigation into the UFO Phenomenon on that day. After joining MUFON, I was able to dig deeper into past and existing cases and pursue even more on site investigations. It was time to go about this work in a different manner, and after almost a year of serious reflection and consideration, I started the UFO Research Center of Pennsylvania in 2009 and brought together some of the best like-minded researchers I could find. We have also fielded two fully equipped mobile units and have affiliate groups in eleven states and two in Europe". www.uforcop.com

Alexandra, VA – Dr. Luanne Ruona is a holistic psychiatrist and a pioneer in the field of mental health. Today, Dr. Ruona is the founder of Hypnosis Plus VA, specializing in helping individuals overcome life’s difficulties through hypnotherapy.
“We care very deeply for the condition of our patients,” says Dr. Ruona. “We want to help them feel better and grow stronger in the process of healing."
According to Dr. Ruona, our subconscious holds the answers to resolve our issues. She says the first step to achieving real progress is to ask for help. This is known as overcoming the first psychological barrier.
“The mind, body and spirit are one,” explains Dr. Ruona. “They’re not separate. People come to me filled with so much guilt, but deep down inside us are goodness and love. That’s the spiritual heart so I’ve always put hypnotherapy into my practice.”
Dr. Ruona says the problem many individuals face is that their ego and their mind are working together too much. No attention is paid to the spiritual heart. We need the spiritual heart to monitor the mind.
“I want my clients to live in the solution,” says Dr. Ruona. “They need to learn to love themselves from the inside. Think about yourself, take care of yourself, but first you have to learn to love yourself.”
BoA:Audio, Season 8 goes LIVE once again with another jam packed edition of the program. In the first hour, paranormal researcher, blogger, and podcaster Lon Strickler joins us to discuss his work exploring the esoteric as well as his personal experiences with the paranormal. In the second hour, we'll be joined by human mutilation researcher Butch Witkowski, who will detail the latest info on the infamous Todd Sees case which he and Lon have been extensively investigating.
Butch has been an Independent Researcher since 1989 when he, along with 4 other people, witnessed a UFO of unbelievable size quietly hover above a mountain in Tucson, Arizona. It was totally silent. Burn Copper in color and at least three football fields in length. It moved slowly up and down, then rose upwards, moved forward, and then vanished at lightning speed. They all agreed on what we had just seen. However, calls to the Sheriffs Dept., the news media, and the local Air Force base yielded no sighting reports. He began my own investigation into the UFO Phenomenon on that day.
After joining MUFON, he was able to dig deeper into past and existing cases and pursue even more on site investigations, but my research was still lacking something and he wasn’t getting to the crucial answers that he was seeking.
It was time to go about this work in a different manner, and after almost a year of serious reflection and consideration, he started the UFO Research Center of Pennsylvania in 2009 and brought together some of the best like-minded researchers he could find.
The use of multi-disciplined investigators enhanced the fact finding like no other group. The primary objective is to pursue both the historical cases and new cases that arise with hopes of bringing resolution to some of these cases of High Strangeness. They have since fielded two fully equipped mobile units and have affiliate groups in nine states and one in Europe.
