    Lose Weight Quick - An EFT Solution

    From my conversation with Marianne when she said she was going to go on a quick fix diet that raised alarm bells with me (especially knowing her health history):


    "The real issue here imho is why you are attracted to quick fixes. That is something we can work on." 


    When Marianne replied that she was struggling to change her lifestyle in order to lose weight and seemed panicky about it, I really got it. I think many of us have been there. So I said:


    "So maybe the worry that you won't get your health back and won't lose weight is a core issue behind the let's find a quick fix panic. That is an interesting root cause to explore and tap on too."

    Who doesn't want to get their weight to a manageable level and stop getting sick all the time? Who doesn't want to look great in their clothes and receive compliments wherever they go?
    Who likes to spend hours in the mirror obsessing about what to wear and how it really looks to others?
