Tonight, David and Jeff pay tribute to the late comic genius.
Tonight, David and Jeff put aside the usual rhetoric and pay their respects to a man very important to this show: Mr. Mike Nichols. He passed away earlier this week, and the boys want to pay tribute.
If you want to join in live, the chat room will be open, and the phone lines will as well: (347) 884-9655. Share your memories.
Tonight, Jeff goes solo...so anything can happen. He'll be talking about reunion news, a plea to the Rock and Roll HOF, and the passing of an icon.
He'll also be jamming some tunes.
If you've hesitated to participate before, this would be a great night to join in!
This show is dedicated to David, who has had a rough go lately. Jeff will be flying solo, bringing you the regular mix of sorrow and silliness...which includes one of the funniest and absurd stories of the past couple of weeks.
He will also be bringing you some tunes.
Tonight, David and Jeff take a look at this weekend's Heritage Fair in Dundalk, MD. Aside from that, it's anybody's guess!
Country music is a soundtrack of the south. With the artistry of vocalist and songwriter Amanda Lamb, the compass points to Southern California and the sun swept shores of Orange County. Amanda’s new single, “We Were Here,” is an invitation to a coastline drive and an exuberant nod to her West coast roots. Her wistful “Endless Summer” evokes a vivid panorama of rusted Woodies, shivering palm trees, abandoned surfboards and deserted cottages.
Growing up in Newport Beach, humming along to Dixie Chicks and Shania Twain on the radio, Amanda Lamb was entranced by the authenticity of country music. “The stories in these songs sounded real,” she says. When she began her personal musical journey, she recalls her grandmother making a perceptive suggestion. “She said, ‘Why aren't you singing country?’” Recording in Nashville, she realized that her Grandmother had been right. “Country Music feels more comfortable than anything I have ever done,” she says. “It feels like home.”

Like many who realize their psychic gifts later in life, Sandy Anastasi awakened to her abilities in her late 20’s. She understood that many people develop deep psychological problems because their psychic abilities are misunderstood and often blocked. These insights and an inner need to pass on her knowledge and abilities led her to begin teaching others to develop their own psychic gifts. She believes that if you are psychic, you MUST use your gifts, or at least learn to control them, or they will use you!
Sandy has many psychic gifts, but she believes her greatest to be the ability to identify and emulate the gifts of others. Because of that she is uniquely suited to teach people to open and develop those very gifts in themselves.Sandy has been a professional psychic and astrologer since 1979. She holds a B.S. degree from Adelphi University and has teaching certifications in several fields. In addition to teaching, Sandy has worked as a Safety Engineer, and owned her own small book store for many years before retiring to become a full time psychic counselor, writer and teacher. Sandy’s writings include books on Astrology, Kabbala and Tarot, as well as psychic development.
Sandy has also appeared on many radio and television shows over the years, most notably Crossing Over and Cross Country – both television shows hosted by her good friend and former student, John Edward. She currently lives in Florida with her husband and four dogs.
