Addressing the Problems with Politics in LEO Support Groups w/ Ken Dye

    in Current Events

The great divider- politics... Support groups have to almost walk on eggshells when bringing up politics. Those of us who follow politics are passionate about what we believe in, and when any mention is made that goes against our personal beliefs, many want to cause dissent and hatred.
But what happens when those politics affect the very core of our support groups? Do we keep quiet in an effort to keep everyone happy? Don't our supporters have the right to know when someone has chosen not to support our police?

The LESMA team and Ken Dye are going to address this today- and it needs to be done. It's time we stand up for what we believe in, even if we have to hear things that we do not want to, even if we must face realities that we hoped weren't true. We can't let these things divide us. In this situation, you rise and you face it. Because the TRUTH and JUSTICE for our police are what we are here for.

    in Science

9 am Eastern Thursdays, "The Tufts Get Going," host Rosanna Tufts:

"Up to your Ass in Alligators." We've just had a couple of major astrological shifts, and although they started last month, they're going to stick around awhile. Jupiter turned retrograde, and the eclipse Nodes, Rahu and Ketu, entered the signs of Leo and Aquarius (respectively) for the next 18 months. What kind of disruptions are we likely to see now, at both the political and personal levels? How can you handle them intelligently?

The Chase featuring Noelle Sullivan ,Wardell Gray ,Dexter Gordon

    in Podcasting

Playing Forgotten Music of the old 78 records      S3productions

    The Chase

It Happened in Southern California   Noelle Sullivan

The Chase   Wardell Gray Dexter Gordon

All credit due to the artist, musicians and Record Companies. No profit or income derived from this podcast. Have a historic 78 RPM and story you want to share with my listeners?  Contact me at: www.facebook.com/s3productions2 or curthahn74@yahoo.com

I found the Book at the Friends of the Whittier Library “Used Book Store” and truly enjoyed the book

In an example of how the Cosmic Universe works

“The Chase 1947 “story came up and the last Paragraph talked about the Tenor Sax Duo between Wardell Gray & Dexter Gordon

I truly recommend the Book has it has already provide leads to new shows and new insights into Southern California.

There is the Tie in with playing “Forgotten Music on 78 RPM Records”

I could not find (and did not want to wait to find) the 78 rpm But I was able to find the CD

And hear the song behind the story

I do not claim to be a music expert but I thought what an idea to take two sources and do a show about it without comment and let the stories and the song stand on their own

Thank You to Noelle Sullivan (if you listen to this show I would like to invite you to join me on another show)
