April Reynolds is the mother of Tremayne.
This case involves a seventeen year old young man who faces incarceration under the state of Connecticut's “possibly” unjust laws as they pertain to juvenile offenders.
Juveniles are routinely tried as adults, even without prior convictions, as is the case with young Tremayne. The family is seeking support to see that this does not happen to Tremayne.
Tremayne stands accused of a sexual offense based on hearsay within the context of high school inuendo. He needs to be able to mount an aggressive defense by hiring an experienced legal team. His family has set up a crowdfunding campaign to this end.
We can’t afford to lose this young man.

Mary Diaz and Human Conflicts Org Demand More Paroles. Call-in at 347.857.3293 on Friday evenings at "Human Rights Demand." Hear and share every broadcast. Half the shows are delivered in Spanish.
Human Rights for Prisoners March, hosted by Mary Neal - Call (347)857-3293 to speak on air. Today's guest is Brenda Anderson, a woman who spent her young years in Texas correctional facilities after protecting herself against three men who tried to rob her after watching her cash a check. Brenda was openly lesbian at the time and feels that her prosecution for self-defense was based on her gay lifestyle rather than on her shooting one of the men. She was also outspoken for human rights of prisoners as an inmate. Brenda's horrific torture as a U.S. inmate was recounted in an article in "Dog Justice for Mentally Ill" blog at http://dogjusticeformentallyill.blogspot.com/2014/10/aimi-vs-usa-b-anderson-claimant.html
Brenda Anderson is one of the claimants in "AIMI vs. USA", which will present up to 100 cases of discrimination, brutality and wrongful deaths against mentally ill Americans in International Court in 2015.
Power concedes nothing without a demand; it never has, and it never will. ~Frederick Douglass

Many tragedies happen during these Last Days. Each week, we learn about people who were subjected to cruel and unusual treatment by their government in the form of police violence and denial of basic human and civil rights. On a majority of the radio shows I participate in, we approach the issues from a mostly secular perspective. We are sensitive to the fact that our audiences are comprised of many people who have differing viewpoints on religion. But as a Christian, I feel that the problems we face can only be resolved when we apply the Biblical solution. God said:
If My people who are called by My name will humble themselves, and pray and seek My face, and turn from their wicked ways, then I will hear from heaven, and will forgive their sin and heal their land. ~2 Cor. 7:14.
