    America's Anti-Constitutional, Unfair Judicial System

    in Current Events

America's Constitution has been trampled on, and our prosecutorial malfeasance and county jail system are a large part of what's wrong with our system.
Additionally, the trashing of our 8th Amendment is a large part of why America's prison epidemic is out of control.   America houses 25% of the world's prisoners within her own borders.  ARE YOU KIDDING ME?
No, there's no joke here.  America has more prisons than China and Russia -- COMBINED.  And China has 4 times the population of America.
In this episode, Occupy will delve into one angle on this massive problem in our country -- a "problem" that many in the prison and media lobbies are getting rich off of.

A Just Cause Coast 2 Coast - Comparing U.S. Judicial System to Other Countries

    in US Government

Sam Thurman, Cliff Stewart and Lisa Stewart of the Colorado exoneration firm A Just Cause, discuss what happens when the wheels of justice trample unbridled over the rights of innocent Americans.

Although the American system of justice is the most-respected worldwide, it is still a system designed, and operated, by humans, which means it's not perfect. Sam, Cliff, and Lisa will highlight ongoing struggles against "the system" to free wrongfully imprisoned people, and what happens when justice miscarries against an actually innocent person.

    U.S. Judicial System & Immigration

    in News

Is the U.S. immigration system broken or is the U.S. government broken?
During this episode, I will discuss how the judicial branch of our government has allowed the Bush Family Regime's immigration anarchy to continue to destroy the United States. I will also do a short review on the movie Elysium.
Since the 1990s there has been a dramatic increase of immigration in the United States, many whom are illegal. The largest population of undocumented immigrants has come from Mexico. If we look back at the history of the Reagan and Bush administration, there were many revelations of corruption there were well documented. One is known as the Iran-Contra affair.
I believe  one of these cover ups was the war in Panama that was staged by is George H. W. Bush after he became president of the U.S. in the 1990s. To cover up this dirty attack on Panama, President  George H. W. Bush began to open the boarders to Mexico and all Hispanic countries.  Since the 1990s the Bush Family Regime has been conducting a fascist styled propaganda campaign to normalize the acceptance of illegal immigration to this country that has resulted in no national security, has decimated the sovereignty of this county and is just destroying the United States of America!
During this episode I will also discuss how Hispanics have been allowed to take over entire cities in Southern California and have run all of the Black Americans out of these cities with terrorist tactics. I will give examples of how the U.S. judicial system has done nothing to stop this immigration anarchy or oppose the Bush Family Regime, even after the 9/11 attacks and most recently the Fort Hood massacres and the Boston bombings.
This is what the mainstream media does not want you to hear, see or believe!!

    No Justice, No Peace

    in Spirituality

The reason for all the evil and destruction that man is doing to one another is because of the unjust judicial system that allows man to get away with his evil doings because of the color of his skin. The law itself is double standard. It prosecutes one man for a wrong it does and allows another to get away with it because of the color of their skin which determines what race they are in. This injustice and hatred is not just destroying the particular race that it is aimed at, but it is also destroying the purpertrators of it. How can a people expect to have peace, who are unjust to their fellowman?

U.S. Judicial System & Immigration Part II

    in Current Events

During this episode I will continue my discussion of how the U.S. Judicial System is allowing the Immigration Anarchy of the Bush Administration to continue. I will also discuss the latest developments in California on the immigration front.
You can read the LA Times article about a new law that would allow non U.S. Citizens to serve on juries in the state of California at:

Is The U.S. Judicial System in Contempt of Black America?

    in US Government

During this episode I will discuss how the U.S. Judicial system has a long history of “contempt” against Black Americans. The most recent example from the George Zimmerman verdict is just the tip of the iceberg of the atrocities that have been committed by the judicial system in this country against Black Americans. The Attorney General of the United States Eric Holder, should file criminal civil rights charges against the entire Florida Judicial system not just against Zimmerman.
The intensity of this contempt against Black Americans has been increasing since George W.  Bush was elected as President of the United States back in 2000. Not only has our judicial system allowed racist law enforcement  to get away with killing Black Americans, it has continued to undermine our voting rights and most recently has pushed our civil rights advancements back to 1913. The most recent attacks against civil rights against Black Americans were done under the current President Barrack Obama, who is a Black American lawyer!
I can go all the way back to the 1990s to give examples of the corruption and racist indifference for equal protection under the law for Black Americans. Prior to the 1992 riots there was another case involving the shooting of a Black American teenager Latasha Harlins, who was just 15 when she was murdered by a Korean store owner.  Judge Joyce Karlin who is  White, sentenced her to probation and a suspended prison term.
Since 2000, there have been many high profile murders of Black Americans by law enforcement in Los Angeles where the courts and the Los Angeles DA Steve Cooley, only rigged trials to allow criminal cops to go free.  One of these was the murder case of Oscar Grant that came down to Los Angeles from Oakland, California specifically so the former DA Steve Cooley could rig the trial.
I am sure you will find this episode to be very informative!! There is more to come!

What Happened To Ferguson & Where Will It Be in Ten Years?

    in Current Events

For most of the summer of 2014, the main stream media was covering the events in Ferguson. It stopped for a while because of the war in Russia and the announcement by our government that Bush had lied about the war and Obama just gave him immunity. They came back to Furguson for a while then the focus changed to ISIS. Since the begining of the new year, the main stream media has just forgotten about Furguson.

Ferguson erupted into angry, sometimes violent protests after a white police officer, Darren Wilson, shot and killed an unarmed black teenager, Michael Brown, in August. The Justice Department investigated that shooting, and officials have said they will clear the officer of civil rights charges. That finding is also expected soon. But the report into the broader practices of the local police department will give the context for the shooting, describing the mounting sense of frustration and anger in a predominantly black city where the police department and local government are mostly white.

Shortly after this murder, Ezell Ford was an unarmed black man shot and killed by police in August in Los Angeles, California. Now, newly released details of Ford's death could raise a host of new questions. Among the findings: The 25-year-old was shot three times, including once in the back. And that wound was surrounded by a muzzle imprint, Ford's autopsy report shows. But "there is nothing in the coroner's report that is inconsistent with the statements given to us by the officers," Los Angeles Police Chief Charlie Beck said. Ford was shot by Los Angeles police on August 11 -- two days after Brown was killed.
