1% for Inner Peace is an annual meditation on the Summer Solstice. My goal with this meditation is to help as many people as possible learn to look inside and find the sense of peace and fulfillment that already exists within each of us.
What we are about to do is a very simple guided meditation that anyone can use regardless of previous meditation ability or experience. Even if you've never meditated or even thought of meditating you'll be able to follow along and do the meditation. All you have to do is listen and follow directions.
As a contributing author to the book 'The Happy Law Practice', Ketema wrote a chapter on Cultivating Inner Peace. He strongly believes that everyone has a unique expression to share with humanity and that inner peace is attainable by confidently affirming one’s own truth. He hopes through his ministry he will be able to lead the charge for everyone to sense their individual greatness and endeavor to live a life worthy of that appearance. In the Man Up Empowerment Group particularly, he leads a group of his men to feel safe and empowered in their manhood and spirituality. It is Rev. Ketema's goal that the inner peace individuals achieve through his ministry will contribute the outer peace of humanity as a whole.
Rev. Ketema works at a local hospital in Sunset Park, Brooklyn, where he has provided over 12 years of health care administration. In his current position he works on health metrics and clinic analytics; which are used to make high level decisions regarding staffing, compliance, and patient care. While showing his intelligence on the analytical side, he also functions as a beacon of Spirituality. In his opinion, there is a direct correlation between Health Care & Spiritual Wellness. Every day he gets closer to bridging to the two together at new and dynamic expression. This evening Rev.
