This is about how M.S. changed my life.
MS is the most debilitating neurological disease. When I discovered that I was diagnosed with it, it changed my life. I only knew to continue approaching life the way I always had: as a survivor! That does not imply that I did not make mistakes along the way - as people do when the road they thought they were taking in their life turns into a new one. Through friendship, family, spirituality, and the many MS role models I had, I began to beat back the monster of this disease. Their in, I opened up my life to a journey of adventure: Learning things any normal person can do to enhance their lives after MS&brain injury. Id love it if you'd join me in my journey; where we all can learn to be better versions of ourselves!

I will talk the full show about my stroke and how it has impacted my life and what I am doing now. So call in or sign into chat and talk with me ask questions. I can keep talking but let's be real.....over and hour of just me talking about me needs a litte of you.
This show is about stroke and brain injury and is for anyone interested in stroke with bits and pieces thrown in for inspiration, ways to be healthy, less stressed and more. I want to be here to share and to lift up other stroke survivors or warriors. I want to help you find out there are others going through what you have gone though. Maybe not the same journey but a survivor none the less. To give positive information, inspire and embrace what you have and continue moving forward.

Dream Catchers - The Attitude of Excellence - with Les Paul Morgan
It’s time for each of us to Expectant Attitude of Excellence fully and truly believing and expecting good and great things are going to happen in our lives! I believe very strongly the reason so many people disability or not fail in life is the lack of discipline to see your goals through and stay the course even in the hardest time and especially by stopping being a people pleaser and instead doing what is right and just!
Are you tired of fighting a seemingly un ending battle of pain, fatigue, mental exhaustion and struggling just to survive and make it through your life without losing your mind in great desperation and feeling like you just can’t figure out why everything you do is just so hard?
Well if you feel that way I want you to know that you can gain power in strength through God and finding the power to become an over comer by using your life story to help others for the greater good of society and by taking back the reins of your own life others can learn from you and then they can pay it forward for others as well!
Knowing you can be successful
If it’s my life I’d better start living it
Discipline and self determination
Creating positive and bold moves
Reclaiming our vision or having a new one
Power in self-control and regulation
Knowing in your heart and soul you can do it no matter what
Positive steps to change our outcomes
Let God be God and you be you
Closing the door on negatives for good no matter what
