How can managing our source of energy help us manage our lives better?
“Manage your energy, not your time.” – Tony Schwartz
This quote made Tony Schwartz famous. And it is one, that I believe best represents a truly efficient lifestyle the best.
“One of the most important requirements for being happy and productive is for you to guard and nurture your energy levels at all times.” – Brian Tracy
For a very long time we have been misled to believe that more, bigger, and faster is better. That is fine in a world with infinite resources, but the demand is rising and the supply is dimensioning and we are caught in the middle of it.
Do you agree that the demand in our lives has increased dramatically and will continue to rise? The big question is this: do you have the capacity to meet the rising demand? Do you have the energy that you need to meet the rising demand in your life?
We are facing energy crisis and this one is personal. We have energy crisis within us and we need to learn how to manage it.
Today we are talking about the four source of human energy.

Some will order the event on pay-per-view, some will not. Many will watch through alternative means or go to fight parties. After Saturday, all will look for a new statement on the legacy of the victor, for better or worse.
On the best Saturday in sports, the high stakes playoff games of the NBA and NHL, the intrigue of baseball, the shoehorned "me too!" end of the NFL Draft and the Kentucky Derby are actually preludes to a historic evening in Las Vegas.
On a Wednesday edition of The Exchange, Sumit and Jason are joined by The Sports Fan Journal's boxing and MMA columnist Paul Navarro as they will discuss the welterweight megafight between Floyd Mayweather Jr. and Manny Pacquiao. They will not only dive into their observations of the fight itself, but the controversies around it. With boycott calls as well as the well-sourced Deadspin article regarding Mayweather's history with domestic violence, what will still end up being the most lucrative fight card in boxing history is also one with an omnipotent morality play.
They will also discuss where the sport has been trending with its increased presence on television thanks Al Haymon's multi-channel Premier Boxing Champions series.
Come through The Exchange live in the chat room, on Twitter (@skd_thExchange, @asportsscribe & @fightlikesugar) and the phone lines at 347-202-0247. Don't forget to add The Exchange to your favorites on Stitcher Radio!

Are we bringing home plants from the garden centre’s that are actually harming the bee’s? As we become more aware of our gardening practices, we know that pesticide use is bad and that biodiversity is good in our home gardens. People are incorporating more bee attracting plants rich with nectar and pollen into their gardens, providing bee homes and even starting hives of their own. But those insecticide treated plants we are buying may very well be the death of our friendly pollinators. In todays show we will discuss the issue behind Neonicotinoids and what we can do to make our gardens a safe haven for bee’s
GMOs are a product of genetic engineering, meaning their genetic makeup has been altered to induce a variety of “unique” traits to crops, such as making them drought-resistant or giving them “more nutrients.” GMO proponents claim that genetic engineering is “safe and beneficial,” and that it advances the agricultural industry. They also say that GMOs help ensure the global food supply and sustainability. But is there any truth to these claims? Public opinion around the biotech industry's contamination of our food supply and destruction of our environment has reached the tipping point, demanding GMO labeling. The EPA ‘estimates that 10,000-20,000 physician-diagnosed pesticide poisonings occur each year among the approximately 2 million US agricultural workers. A persona, in the word's everyday usage, is a social role or a character played by an actor. The word is derived from Latin, where it originally referred to a theatrical mask.
In this discussion, we talk about how Spirit reminds us that we control what persona we take on and our reality begins to shift around us according to that persona.
My Guides say, "Let the image of yourself reflect your truth. In the instance of the Persona, inhabit your divine being self and let it reflect outward in your human form. "
We are learning that how we are perceived in the world is a function of how we perceive ourselves. We create our own persona and we can keep or discard any aspects of ourselves that we do not feel adequately represent us as people.
Think about how you wish to be perceived in this world. What role do you want to play? Follow what is calling to you inside your heart and you will be supported fully in your metamorphosis.

The first thing you need to do is throw out your old dieting mentality and think of your journey as a lifestyle change. Do not think of it as something that starts and then stops. That type of thinking does not serve you. Let's look at some ways your mindset can sabotage your weight loss efforts. Tune in 4/29 at noon ET to findout.
