We are also going to discuss some old fashioned practices that may have been forgotten and some that stand the test of time. We will focus on natural methods mostly. We are going to share some tips regarding activity, treatments, food, medicine, supplements, herbs and MORE.     Lymphatic Stagnation and Immune System Health
