    The Downstroke Episode XII

    in Basketball

No Kevin Colabro this week, but he'll be back one day! This week our guest is Matt Moore from CBS Sports Eye On Basketball and Hardwood Paroxysm. Matt and I briefly recap the NBA Finals and how the San Antonio Spurs and Miami Heat are not so different after all if you look past the surface.

We get into this year's NBA Draft, how amazingly deep it is and why it's going to be a great thing for the expanding D-League this year. Matt has some terrific thoughts on making the D-League a true minor league system.

We get into the topic of Russell Westbrook, Scott Brooks and are they actually good for the Oklahoma City Thunder? Matt had some great points as to why they are and got me thinking in a whole new direction.

There is some great discussion on some rumors about where Kevin Love and Carmelo Anthony might end up, and a couple of the destinations might surprise you.

We talk about the potential time frame for an expansion team in Seattle.

Matt definitely brought the goods in this one; it's a can't miss episode!

Matthew Hatchette talks draft, Matt Moore talks Grizzlies

    in Sports

This Wednesday on The Unsportsmanlike Conduct Show, former NFL wide receiver (and Langston University legend) Matthew Hatchette joins the fellas to chop it up with us about the 2011 NFL Draft, and what this means with labor negotiations running amuck. Plus, we're honored to have Matt Moore of Hardwood Paroxysm stop by talk about his Memphis Grizzlies and his feelings about one Mike Conley.
Every Wednesday Brandon Lewis, Eddie Maisonet and Kenny Masenda host "Unsportsmanlike Conduct" a weekly sportstalk radio show where those aficionados of athletic competition come together to discuss, debate...pretty much argue about the current trends in sports. Special guests and call-ins will definitely be on air.
