Many home owners or owners of any type of real estate lose their properties via a "hostile takeover". Hostile takeovers that involve real estate holdings can take place in many ways. Some legal, some illegal including some tactics that are violent in nature. All property owners should be aware of these methods and all people considering purchasing any type of real estate should be aware of all of the various ways that someone or even the government will attempt to take your real estate by hostile means.
In this re-airing, blogger Sacerdotus continues his summary of his Atheism is Stupid V post (http://sacerdotvs.blogspot.com/2014/02/atheism-is-stupid-v.html) where he addresses the suggestion made by atheists and astrophysicists such as Neil Tyson Degrasse that the universe is hostile and this shows there is no intelligent design or God.
Sacerdotus shows how the universe is design with specificity allowing for life to exist and that this hints as intention and intelligence. He counters the argument against God by using science and reason.

This week we are talking to two gentlemen with their own individual Bigfoot encounter stories that, as recounted, tend to be on the more hostile and aggressive end of the spectrum. Our first guest is Jamie Nightingale from Ontario Canada. His encounter in Vancouver, British Columbia from 1984 was particularly harrowing for him as he seems to have subconsciously blocked out the encounter for a number of years due to the trauma associated with it. Jamie’s report contains a high degree of physical and behavioral detail. Our second guest is David Holley from Texas. David’s encounter took place in 1971 at Broken Bow Lake in the Kiamichi Mountains of Oklahoma. He experienced a number of events with a school friend over a few days that culminated in their up close and personal encounter. David is also the founder of the Timberline Bigfoot of North Texas group and runs a Facebook group titled David Holley’s Hardcore Bigfoot.

What constitutes a hostile work environment? Some employees believe that a bad boss, an unpleasant work environment, a rude coworker, or the lack of perks, privileges, benefits, and recognition can create a hostile work environment. But, the reality is that for a workplace to be hostile, certain legal criteria must be met.
A hostile work environment is created by a boss or coworker whose actions, communication, or behavior make doing your job impossible. This means that the behavior altered the terms, conditions, and/or reasonable expectations of a comfortable work environment for employees. Additionally, the behavior, actions or communication must be discriminatory in nature.

Evangelism can be difficult when one is on friendly grounds. But what if one has entered hostile grounds...such as atheist and agnostic conferences or pagan festivals? Seem impossible? Think again. Devin and his wife Melissa Pellew do just that. In this episode, Pastor Brian interviews Mr. Pellew, a Southern Evangelical Seminary graduate, and host of "Theology Matters with the Pellews" about his evangelism and will ask for tips to give the ordinary Christian help with their evangelistic efforts. LanceScurv delves into the topic of what spiritual connectedness truly is and how possessing it can impact ones life on a day to day basis in common scenarios that we often overlook.
We live in a world where we must wrestle with entities that we not only can see, but many that we can't.
While many will readily proclaim our believe in God we will shy away from admitting that there is another real side to the same spiritual coin.
Many are in total denial of that other side which started when Satan was banished from Heaven and was followed by one third of Heaven's angels who then became demons.
Lance feels that most houses of worship do not teach how to deal with the day to day attacks that come across our paths in a rapid fire succession leaving us vulnerable and at the mercy of a force that we should be equipped through proper instruction to conquer.
Enjoy this non-directional and oftentimes amusing rant that is very thought provoking to say the least.

Healthy self esteem is a quality children learn in an environment where they are valued and encouraged. Unless such encouragement is strongly present in the home, a child living in a racially hostile environment may internalize feelings of inferiority which become a permanent part of the personality. Some areas of the USA, the deep south and even many northern urban areas, have become dangerous places for black males to live because of a pervasive climate of racial hostility. How is this affecting the self esteem, expectation of achievement, motivation, and sense of self worth of young men who are seeing themselves shot down daily by either supposed "gang" members or police who use the excuse that they are shooting a "gang" member? Parents who have been conditioned to accept being ignored and underserved by the elected officials whose salaries they pay through their tax dollars may not know how to instill in their children the instinct to fight back. How do we teach our children that they not only have a right to justice, but that they have the power to obtain it? How do we make voter education and voter registration part of the household culture? Tanjila Lippett of Orlando Florida shares her horrific story as a parent who did all the right things, yet saw her son shot down by police through the window of a church last January while he attended Bible study. A year later, this southern community remains too paralyzed in fear to mobilize against the offending officer, and Tanjila finds herself courageously standing alone in a quest for justice. How do families band together to provide a sense of safety for their children and how does a community fight back against centuries old traditions of racial oppression? Is it time to reach out to our greater extended human family across the country and across the world?
