Start at Minute 1, because there was a tad bit of a delay!
In this week's episode, I want to talk about something many people email me about: "I eat healthy, I've done so many changes so why am I not getting any better?"
This week we will just be taking your questions.
You can do two things:
1. Get coached during the call
We will pick a few candidates to be coached on the call. You can remain anonymous, if you like - just let me know in advance. This is what I would need for you to email us before the show:
1. Share what are your three main challenges that you think are connected to your hormonal imbalance.
2. What have you done so far to help yourself?
3. What are your key questions that you want answered during the call?
Please email them to Support@HormonesBalance.com by September 10th evening.
2. Or, email us your question
If you just want your question(s) to be answered, email them to Support@HormonesBalance.com by September 10th noon and I will try to answer them during the call.

On Friday, September 19, I sat down with my friend Joe to record my first Q&A, covering a series of diverse questions sent in by longtime readers of my blog. Although Joe specializes in mental health care, we cover a diverse set of questions sent in by longtime readers of this blog, including questions relating to theology, relationships, travel, history, and so forth.
It should be noted that immediately after this recording, as I was leaving our recording location, a snake fell onto my head. We think he was most likely sleeping across the doorjamb, and I've been assured that he was just as scared of me as I was of him, although I doubt it.
With such an auspicious beginning to the Q&A series, I'm sure that we're in for nothing but good things!
Join us for October's Q&A, titled "Everything Outdoors," which will feature special guest Bethany, and will cover any and all questions submitted by YOU! Remember that Bethany makes her living out of doors, taking care of horses and various other animals, but that she's also open to other categories of questions as well.
