Our Understanding World Religions topic for today is, "Hinduism Today"
We've already seen that Hinduism displays tremendous variety even in India. India's place at the forefront of twenty-first-century globalization and modernization has impacted religious practice, as well. Rural life mostly has gone on as it has for centuries, despite the introduction of radio and television, but in cities, a burgeoning middle class is being changed by the secularizing influences of Westernization. India, a nuclear power, is noted for its progress in science and technology. It's also the world's largest democracy, and the political aspirations of its people sometimes clash with Hindu values.
This clash is most evident today in the social and economic aspirations of the Dalits (Untouchables). For centuries given the lowest jobs, they achieved legal rights at India's independence from Great Britain in 1947. Mahatma Gandhi called them ha-ri-jan, "children of God," and India's constitution outlawed the caste system, but just as 1960s Civil Rights laws didn't eliminate racial prejudice in the U.S., discrimination against Dalits has continued. India has a form of affirmative action that has guaranteed a percentage of university admissions and government jobs to each caste, and there are Dalits who have earned PhDs, but they are still denied entry into many hotels and restaurants (the upper castes believe their presence would bring defilement).
Our quote for today is from Buddha. He said, "There are only two mistakes one can make along the road to truth; not going all the way, and not starting."

Our Understanding World Religions topic for today is, "Hinduism: Beliefs and Practices"
As mentioned in our last episodes, Hindu practice involves the worship of a vast multitude of deities. Worship consists primarily of prayers (usually chanted) and praise songs, plus offerings of food, milk, or money placed in front of a statue or idol of the god being worshiped. Worship, both corporate and individual, may take place in a temple. Some temples are dedicated to one god while others contain statues representing a number of gods. Most Hindu homes have shrines as well, with pictures or smaller statues to represent the gods chosen for worship by that family. No one attempts to worship all 330 million gods; people choose a few that are important to a person’s family, caste, occupation, or circumstances.
Hinduism has an elaborate hierarchical structure for both gods and humans. At the top are Brahma, the Creator (different from Brahman, ultimate reality); Shiva, the Destroyer (also the god of fertility); and Vishnu, the Preserver. These three together are called the Trimurti, which some Hindus believe represents three facets of Brahman and thus sometimes mistakenly equate it with the Christian Trinity.
Mankind is doomed at the hands of rabid Romans who were nomads long ago, but fewer and fewer people understand why the human world is so ignorant and behaves like a carrousel of violence. The Roman regime sew the seed of religious madness 1700 years ago, of three faiths under one star of the Mount Sinai accord. The UK and the US operate under the mandate of the Italian mafia Rome. To excute the unprecedented new world order philosophy, that in stealth makes the Roman Popes eternal God; with the fictitious character his son Jesus Christ. Take a good look at the US and its Constitution called 'The Supreme law of The Land. Think of how the US became such a great nation under God,into a world power. Its intent and obligation is to promate the fictional God and Jesus so that all people of the world should worship the beast the Pope. Think of the reason for the Viking NASSA'S space program in the 1970s in search of life in the Galaxies, suggesting we are alone with God the Pope. The purpose of that is to keep people believing in the fallacy of God, sin and curse and Jesus Christ--to keep people from knowing their literal origins a creation of the Gods and Goddesses. But why the US is so crazy to pretend on only a 1700 year bible, in the face of world history 200,000 years old with literal account of modern man civility? It's about the beast conquering the people to worship of the beast of revelation 13. I hope you get the gist of it.

Sex, and specifically the orgasm, is more that just something that feels good and allows procreation. There are many other functions, such as the release of dysfunctional energy within the body, which can help to keep one from becoming diseased. There is the function that opens the higher chakras, and under the right conditions allows a person to begin the process of enlightenment. And further, if two people, lovers, practice sacred sex, the entire experience can lead them together into higher consciousness and into worlds beyond this plane. It was believed in ancient Egypt that the orgasm was the key to eternal life, and that it was intimately connected with the chakra system. A chakra is an energy vortex connected to the entire human energy field, and the Universal Heart Chakra is the fifth of thirteen chakras. (There is also a system of eight chakras; in that system, the heart chakra is number four.) The Egyptian system held that the orgasm was intimately connected to this fifth, or Universal Heart Chakra. Most people in the world are ignorant about what happens to their sexual energy after they have an orgasm. Usually, the energy moves up the spine and out the top of the head directly into the eighth or thirteenth chakra (same chakra, different system). In a few rare cases, the sexual energy is released down the spine into the hidden center below the feet, the point opposite the one above the head. In either case, the sexual energy — the concentrated life-force energy called prana in Hinduism — is dissipated and lost. The Egyptians believed that orgasm is healthy and necessary, including the release of sperm in males, but that the sexual energy currents must be controlled in a deeply esoteric procedure that is unlike any other system. They believed that if this energy is controlled, the human orgasm becomes a source of infinite pranic energy that is not lost. They believe that the entire Mer-Ka-Ba or lightbody.

Join UIF founder Tim Ray and his guest Avril James-Hurt as they discuss the power of positive thinking in different religions.
Avril has a B.S. in exercise science from Georgia State University and a Master's of public health from Benedictine University. Avril began studying Yoga philosophy two decades ago, which has inspired her to become a coach in these teachings--where meditation is central. Avril leads weekly meditation groups and a Sunday service at Unity North Atlanta. This is where she first learned about United Intentions during a presentation. She was instantly hooked and desires to share how the process of meditation can clear the mind for precise intentions and help maintain the momentum for attaining them. She works for Piedmont Healthcare leading: Yoga Therapy classes and mindfulness-based employee stress management classes.

The end time deceptions of the New Age are upon us. Our culture is being duped by many kinds of weird, occult, off beat, and sometimes nonsensical ideas.
And it's incredibly sad how many are buying into it.
Now, the truth is that this New Age isn't new, in fact it's rooted in ancient eastern religions, and primarily in what we call Hinduism.
And their "god" is an impersonal god is known as a force. So they think of God as an energy, or the all-pervading reality.
That's a form of pantheism where everything is god and god is everything.
So they claim that you and I are God, but not only do they believe that we are God, they also believe that animals are God since they believe that everything is God.
And this line of thinking doesn’t elevate man above the animals, it brings man down to the level of the animals and spawns the stinkin' thinkin' of groups like PETA: People for the Ethical Treatment of Animals.
In this message we will look at what the Bible has to say about man and beast as we look at creation and then compare and contrast man and animal according to The Word of God.
Join us as we broadcast at new time.
Man is lazy. He thinks all he has to do is fulfill the corporeal needs of life. Nothing else warrants any work but that of his body. Man is a fool. The body is under the submission of the mind if men would do the work necessary to build mental strength. The True work of mankind is of the spirit or the heart. Man must have a strong mind and heart. Let us elaborate on this matter,

People do not realize that What Created us and brought us to life differs from what returns to destroy those who are actively practicing Hinduism, Christianity, Islam, and Judaism. The art of self-service is conquering, enslaving, and destroying. The warlord god Jehovah/Shiva/Allah/YHWH will return to complete what started 11,000 year ago. The unsuspecting do not realize what is actually going on with three of the four major religions practiced by over four billion people. The destroyer god worshipped in those religions is antithetical to human being-ness through the traditions of science, religion, education, business, politics, law, and medicine. These are the systems theories of the invader culture mindset perpetrating war, greed, and class distinction composing every civilized nation on this planet. This war God returns to destroy the faithful. Welcome to my point of view!
